Vorteile:

Ich finde Twitter vor allem für Demonstrationen und oder anderer Live-Events interessant. Man kommt so immer an die frischesten Nachrichten und auch von jeder politischen Seite.

Nachteile:

Dass immer mehr zensiert wird ist sehr schade, denn man muss Meinungen aushalten können.

Ease of communication via Twitter

Kommentare: I have been using Twitter for more than five years. I liked to spend most of my time on it to share what was on my mind with my followers. Through it, I was able to know events and news, and it also helped me increase my knowledge of psychology and the field of art on a daily basis. I used to read tweets about them.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Once I log in, I can write tweets and publish them directly. Twitter also features hashtags that make it easier for me to access the topics I am searching for.

Nachteile:

I am restricted to a limited number of letters, as it may sometimes be difficult for me to express myself using this small number of letters that Twitter allows.

Kommentare: I've been on Twitter for over a decade and have made numerous enriching connections and I love the free speech and spontaneity there.

Vorteile:

Great source of interaction, news and popular culture that sets the theme for debate of multiple subjects.

Nachteile:

Too many changes too fast have made the experience rather frustrating but we're slowly getting used to it.

Bad useless customer support that doesn't solve single issue !

Vorteile:

What I like most about Twitter/X is its ability to facilitate real-time conversations and connect me with a wide range of topics and communities. The platform makes it easy to stay updated on news and trends, and I appreciate the diversity of voices that contribute to discussions.

Nachteile:

The biggest downside for me has been the frustrating technical issues and the lack of responsive customer support. Recently, I faced multiple login problems, including being locked out of my account after a tweet, and the Captchas were a hassle. The slow recovery process for my business account has added to my frustration.

Definitely the best social media platform for me!

Kommentare: I will always choose Twitter for myself because it keeps things simple and easy but also really fun and very useful! I have tried many other platforms but Twitter is just the best!

Vorteile:

Twitter makes it easy to connect with people and for influencers or digital creators to get themselves out there and be seen and I love how simple and uncomplicated it is.

Nachteile:

At first I wasn't sure how I felt about it being so minimalistic, but it didn't take long for me to realize it's so much better that way.

Kommentare: My overall experience with Twitter(Now X) is very good. It is an universal social media app to engage and communicate with others.

Vorteile:

Main thing I like here is "Freedom of Speech". Twitter(Now X) has a good User Interface which allows the users to interact through social media. It has a feature named Spaces, there you can connect to your audience via an audio based call. Recently, it also released monetization which helps in contributing rewards to creators.

Nachteile:

Limitation of character count in an individual tweet. Misinformation and rumours .

We need alternatives!

Kommentare: It was never very relevant for our market, but as it grew over the years it was relevant nonetheless for a global presence, but recent events have made us decide to discontinue using it

Vorteile:

Network effects, and first player advantage. Those are the only things to like currently about this product.

Nachteile:

It has become synonymous with disinformation and has a extremely negative connotation since the acquisition. We are all just waiting for an alternative, but at our business we decided not to continue using the platform. We recently updated our website and started a newsletter, reenergizing efforts into our social media presence, but we opted not to use Twitter any longer.

Reviewing X

Vorteile:

Do you know how many people would rather not write a review about X? [sensitive content hidden] will come breathing down your neck calling you an iDiot and then the world will know who you are and then you will lose your job or contract or everything else. One cannot write a review about X without Plan B. So, I have Plan B. He bans me off, there are other Social Platforms.

Nachteile:

Ditto -- X used to be a bit good when it was Twitter but now, X is... right wing anyone can say anything and get away with it and the whole place has so much hate that I wonder why I even remain on X.

So far, nothing here, the improvements on the platform have removed some of its weak points.

Okay for social networking

Kommentare: Overall I'm happy to use it for social networking. I can find user with similar interests and interact with them. I can put up my thoughts, my works, or share interests.
However, the interaction is still confined and gone too soon. It would be good to have function like a forum where there can be more consolidated discussions and threads.

Vorteile:

I keep getting error message when I post my feedback on the sections, so I put them here. - Post scheduling option: Sometimes users want to time it with certain event. I don't use this often but when I have book release announcement I use it. I can draft my post first and tweak it, I can also delete it if I change my mind. It is also helpful to see the preview of my posts. - Profile Content: Option to pin your post and put important links are good. Although it's good to be longer, I think it's okay with the compacted space/allowed characters. - Block and mute function: sometimes certain users keep on appearing even though I don't follow them, it's good that I can mute them. Block is for spams, bots, and inappropriate contents.

Nachteile:

Content Management: Sometimes I think it focuses on the wrong thing. For example, it censors certain words without looking at the context of the post, while real inflammation, fake, and offensive contents are freely circulating out there. Replies and reactions: It's not easy to see which post the notifications are referring to. This person likes/replies to my post but I don't know which one. I have to get to another section to actually find it (with different degrees of success). I can imagine how tedious it is for people who post a lot.

Nachteile:

The only thing which least like about twitter is that there are some bot accounts which use to create spam for other users.

It is trying to add features related to other softwares. I don’t think it is needed

When I am looking for information for news stories or entertainment, I get on Twitter/X and can easily and quickly find tidbits of information without having to read two pages. It's comparable to bullet points on a fact sheet.

Vorteile:

I have been using Twitter for over 15 years to be exact; it is one of my direct means of communication and also one of the only ways I can stay up-to-date on what is happening within the world. I love that it uses real-time technology and keeps my news feed and dashboard customized for my particular needs only.

Nachteile:

I do not know how I feel so much about how they have recently decided to change its app name; I think we still all refer to it as "Twitter"

Kommentare: Unlike other software or products Twitter/X provides quality information, reliable sources and always up to date. It is excellent for keeping up to date on information and publishing our content of interest. I recommend it 100% a great social network.

Vorteile:

I love that Twitter has the news of my interest always at my fingertips, its interface is very easy to use, it is fast and very useful.

Nachteile:

I haven't seen any disadvantages or new features in the product, The only new thing I've noticed is that it doesn't let me comment on the posts of my contacts or interest groups at certain times. But overall a great software.

It's most likely your largest up to date platform, with quotes from everyone instantly.

Nachteile:

If there was the ability to make quick edits for grammatic errors it would be more user friendly, but that's the glory of X, once it's said, it's out there

This is still trending

Vorteile:

Besides the controversy, Twitter is still the best place to know about what is trending and that means a big opportunity for brands as everyone is looking up for news and information.

Nachteile:

Some features had changed, as some capabilities for advertising too. People and brands are leaving the platform for the controversy.

I like this app

Vorteile:

Every thing in Twitter is perfect the spaces and contacting with people's very easy.

Nachteile:

Some fake account not removed by creators

Vorteile:

Twitter makes a global outreach possible for your created content. There is no other platform able to do that with consistency.

Nachteile:

The occasional limited reach or shadow banning is a concern.
