Kommentare: From switch over any initial frustrations were soon swept aside with then responsive System we now have.
Vorteile:
Monty is a quality produce which provides a platform for us to organise our leads and tasks for each member of the sales team. The system is easy to use, the features and functionality requires minimal clicks to complete actions We have customised template which speed up our process. Each lead has source data to enable information to be targeted and relevant this cuts down the time spent on calls. We are still in the early stages with this product but the response and support for technical issues have enabled us to get up to speed with Monty
Nachteile:
There are many data fields we are not using making the page longer than it needs to be for us. . I would like to see everything relevant to us on one screen without the need to scroll up and down, it’s probably work in progress

Vorteile:
The game changer for our company was the ability to automate and track revenue right back to the original source. Something we couldn’t get from other providers. We can now track each specific keyword and know exactly how much revenue that generates.
Nachteile:
A few teething issues in the first month, but saying that, they have all been ironed out now, the customer support team is first class.
Saves times & increases productivity.
Kommentare: The ability to send emails instantly with links to attachments, List list of daily tasks which is very easy to see what you’ve got due for that day. And a great overview of where leads have come from.
Vorteile:
The best thing about the software is how much time it saves and how easy it is to use. We were using a different CRM which had a few things that we couldn’t change our update. With Monty was completely streamlined everything we do on a daily basis.
Nachteile:
Nothing to report as we are completely customised the CRM for our own day-to-day tasks, if we don’t like it we simply change it.
