Vorteile:
I have been using Google Ads for more than 4 years now. It is one of the best way to advertise products and services for yourself or your clients. The user interface is quite easy to learn and the experience overall is clean. One can get accurate reporting and ad analytics about the cost spent and revenue generated for a specific Ad campaign. Overall, good experience so far.
Nachteile:
Although there is not much to dislike about Google Ads. I just have one suggestion to improve the algorithm of approving ads as sometimes Ads get disapproved by error.

Google Ads, as many Google products, is quite the monopoly. Due to their massive leader presence everyone is paying for Google ads which increases your spending costs massively while trying to compete for the same space. Beware of costs running up your budget.
Terrible customer service
Kommentare: It is horrible and very stressful. There no one to help me to tell me what is going on with my account. I have tried calling Google and I get transferred to an automatic system stating that my account is suspended and to do an appeal. I have done multiple appeals. My account was suspended due to suspicious payment activity. I am not sure what that even means. I have made multiple attempt for months trying to fix this. There is no one to help me.

The customer service is horrible. There is no customer service. They suspend your account with no explanation. There is no way to fix it. They turn down ads for no real reason. There is no one to talk to or to assist you. My account also says that I need to make a payment. When I go to my account it says that the administrator needs to make a payment. I am the administrator. Also earlier this year, Google was disapproving ads because I included addiction services. I am a therapist and I do provide addiction services. This is unacceptable. I feel like giving up. I have read other reviews. I believe that this is being done on purpose with small businesses. While larger businesses do not have this issue because they have larger budgets. The biggest issue is that there is NO ONE to talk to about this. I am considering going back other options besides Google because this really is screwed up. I heard that I should look into Bing, Yelp, or another company. I have looked up ways to file a lawsuit against Google because I feel like there is some sort of discrimination happening.

It can get very complicated so most of the time it will require a specialist or freelancer to manage effectively, or a lot of dedication to learn the craft. It needs to be correctly integrated into every connected Google product as well as your site and any third parties, for the tracking to have any significance.
It's very hard to oversee anyone working on your account (eg. agency) if you don't know your stuff in detail. And if you do, you might be better off managing it yourself.
