Doesnt let you add as much info when describing your business to the AI.
Cheap faulty tool with no customer support
Kommentare: Watch out for this sketchy tool. Customer support is inexistent and if you can't access your account for whatever reason, you're pretty much forgotten. You'll also put your domain at risk from spam catchers by using them - beware.

For Anyone Who Isn't Tecchy This is the One
Kommentare: The thing that most impressed me, initially, was the quality of their customer service via Live Chat right on the pages you're using.
Vorteile:
I like the fact that it's much more intuitive than other products we've used.
Nachteile:
So far I haven't found anything although I may in the future.
SalesBlink has all the right features
Kommentare: The documentation and setup guides are very helpful and complete. I could get everything set up just by reading the documentation.
Vorteile:
SalesBlink includes an email warmup feature, that is typically not included in email campaign software. Including this is HUGE, because it saves me time and money. If I had to manually warm up a new email address, it would take a lot of time; or if I purchased a 3rd party email warmup service, that would cost money.
Nachteile:
It took me a while to set everything up in SalesBlink. However, with all complex software, I realize setup takes time.

Nachteile:
I believe there's room for improvement in making each feature more robust and expanding direct integrations with other sales and marketing tools. Eg the Email validation seems to be not 100% accurate.

I discovered SalesBlink very late, tried a number of products but was searching for something with easy learning curve.
Great outreach software with good AI
Kommentare: I had trouble on the first day as I was unable to add my email account. I reached out to support and they tried to call me to discuss (I didn't pick up as it was a long distance number) but they also helped me figure out the issue by chat very quickly.
Vorteile:
The AI personalisation - it looks at the leads website (providing it was included on the contact import) to give more personalisation on the initial outreach email.
Nachteile:
The lack of a lead finder (a feature that it used to have) and also feel it could go further by personalising based on a linkedIn profile.
After checking others, my choice is SalesBlink
Kommentare: The response to support requests is timely and the product works as expected. I'm aware of some limitations but these are being addressed every week. I expect this to be the top performer in the category in the near future. It certainly has been a cost effective addition to our cold outreach toolset.

The plans offer much more than all the other cold email platforms offer. The feature set is adequate to get the job done. The cost/benefits are highest of all the competitors.
Nachteile:
SalesBlick is a startup with the product getting frequent updates. Many past bugs have been resolved but there are still some issues pending.

Doubled my reply rates!

I don't know if it was just a coincidence or not, but I normally have the standard 10% reply rates to my cold outreach emails but only a couple days after using the warmup features, yesterday I got a whopping 22% reply rate. :)
Nachteile:
The warmup feature, when bounced and a few other times, sent me emails I didn't recognize and ended up thinking my email got spoofed. They assured me it was their emails and taught me how to create filters but that could have come up as a notification during the set up process of the warmup feature.

I’m one of the early users, so I’m waiting on the agency mode they promised by late May. Right now, it’s great for my stuff, but when it comes to handling client work, it’s a bit limited. Looking forward to that update!

Although I have only been using it for a week, it seems to have a lot of promise. I have started sending some warm-up emails and a little campaign, and I must admit that it was pretty simple to set up. The BlinkGPT feature allows for personalizing emails and saving time. AI writing features are beyond expectations. Also, the calendar integration makes scheduling meetings more accessible and seamless.
Nachteile:
Some of the warmup emails end up in the spam folder.

You have to carefully follow the procedure to set DNS, but this is normal for all email management software.
