We moved all 10 of our clubs over to GymFlow, and the migration was seamless. We didn’t lose a single member during the move, which was a huge concern for us when changing systems across that many locations. The biggest benefit for us has been the self-service side. It has saved our team around a third of their time. We set the rules within GymFlow, and members manage everything themselves. We no longer have to manually manage memberships, freezes, cancellations or the day-to-day admin that comes with them. Payments just work, which sounds simple, but it makes a massive difference. The PDK door access integration works seamlessly across our clubs, the reporting is great, and the Xero integration has made the finance side much easier to manage. Overall, GymFlow has massively reduced the amount of membership admin our team has to deal with, freeing them up to focus on running our gyms and looking after our members. > > **Nachteile**: There genuinely isn’t anything I can say that I dislike about GymFlow. The software is still being developed constantly and it already has a multitude of features that it was lacking just 4 months ago. I knew that I was choosing a software that could grow just as my business did and would take my feedback directly into consideration.
