Screen Candidates faster with Iview
Kommentare: Good experience as a young startup. Highly recommended over hackerrank and hackerearth as they are cheaper and easy to setup.
Vorteile:
- Video Interview with candidates with prerecorded questions - Easy analytics page to compare candidates' results - Nice interview experience as a candidate myself
Nachteile:
- The video bot takes too much time to speak and very robotic - The question pool is not that great
A pretty decent testing platform
Vorteile:
Webcam snapshots, browser violations can be used to filter out candidates based on the timings of the question they were on. Categorized scores can be used to reject candidates with low scores in a particular category.
Nachteile:
Few test cases for programming questions . Still under active development - some features like editing answers to questions can increase the test creation time.

Kommentare: Initially, I was unsure, whether Iview would be able to provide the service like other big established players in the market but during the trial period learnt more about them. From day one, Iview team has been there – above and beyond, showing how the system works, helping to set up from the initial process. Iview service is more than I could of dreamed, but every other tiny aspect, they were there for my company. Happy to use the platform and I would recommend them to all HR community who would look for online assessment evaluation.

First of all, I love the idea. Iview is something that I was looking for. Iview makes the developer recruitment process easier and faster. AI is taking interviews and evaluating the answers of the candidates and It saves tons of time.
Nachteile:
It takes a lot of time to make an assessment live. It should be faster. Overall it is completely working well.
