Excellent evolving alternative for DocuSign

Kommentare: Getting new hires to sign their NDA and other contracts. Sending contracts for approval to 2 or 3 signers. It sends the email to the 1st signer, and only after he/she has signed, it sends the next fields blank to the 3rd signer. At the end, all parties get a copy. Pretty neat for the price! Overall, the whole product is awesome. There are some clunky aspects that are getting ironed out but WAYY worth it for the price tag compared to others.

Vorteile:

What I love most about Signaturely is the number of users I get. For a fraction of what DocuSign charges. The deployment is super easy and intuitive. If you have ever shared a Google doc with someone, you will be able to send contracts and consent forms for signature. On their public roadmap, they have 80+ requests for a single fillable document template. You can host the form online in a private or password-protected page on your website, and then any user can go to the same link and submit the form. I'm super excited about this since it will make disclosure agreements and consent forms so much easier than manually duplicating a template and sending it out to each signer via email. Also looking forward to HIPAA compliance that has also been heavily requested on their public roadmap. It's also less clutterd (but that means less features) than DocuSign and other apps out there. The whole goal is simplicity and they did very well keeping that in mind for users who don't need a million tricks, they just need to get stuff signed without printing and without hold ups waiting for 2nd and 3rd signers.

Nachteile:

The branding in emails is not pretty. But they have on their roadmap to greatly minimize this apparently in 2021. I trust their roadmap because they have been SUPER responsive to other feature requests. A bit lagging with the fields editor, kinda clunky. I wish the fields would kinda align with line grid or something. I submitted the feedback and hope it will be addressed in their roadmap.

Great option to other more expensive choices

Vorteile:

I appreciate the affordability of Signaturely and the membership flexibility. It's straightforward and reasonable while providing exactly what we need to get documents signed.

Nachteile:

It's very confusing trying to figure out how to request multiple signatures on the same document. I ended up needing to accept two of the same signature.

Great Free Version, but people on receiving end seem to be confused

The ease of Signing

Save Money and Time with Signaturely

Vorteile:

I don't have to waste money and print out forms anymore. I can just use Signaturely and digitally sign and enter any other information into a document. The client can get the documents back via email the same day instead of waiting hours or days to be sent in the mail.

Nachteile:

What I don't like about Signaturely is that you have to pay a monthly fee to use it. You can only try it out for free one time.

The reliable e-signature solution

Kommentare: I am able to sign documents in good time and this allows processing of invoices,and other work related processes fast tracked.I don't have to be in the office to sign,tracking and the integration with other third party applications like drop box has improved efficiency at the workplace.

Vorteile:

I love the tracking and reminder that enables me verify unsigned documents.It is easy to.use and accessible on email,making it ideal for remote work and bulk signing.

Nachteile:

I am yet to encounter any major challenge in my few months of using it.

Clean, Simple, Everything You Need

Vorteile:

I had been trying to figure out a solution to eliminate the monthly payments of PandaDoc which, while it works well, wasn't fitting our needs as an agency. When I saw Signaturely pop up on AppSumo, a quick overview of the service was all I needed to pickup two codes. In operation it's been everything we needed. Pros: - Clean UI - Easy to Setup / Quick Learning Curve - Custom Branding - Not Bogged Down with Unnecessary Features - Cloud Storage Integration for Filing Contracts with Creative Files as a Package Easily It does one thing and it does it very, very well.

Nachteile:

I haven't come across any cons to the software yet.

Value Priced Offering

Kommentare: Easy to sign up, easy to use, great value for the money. I wish all software I used had this combo, because Signaturely does and I really value that.

Vorteile:

This product does everything the higher priced products would do for me at a much more affordable price.

To get the actual document I had to subscribe, but that is ok.

It helps to resolve the time delay for the non-availability of resources. It also reduces the dependency and also resolves the issue while someone in the field operations.

Sometimes soft document could not get signed and verified

Good signature platform

Vorteile:

This is a great tool for the price. I am very happy with it and have had zero issues with guests being able to accurately complete the signature process of our rental agreements.

Nachteile:

After setting up the document it would be nice to be able to go back to review the email that is sent with it.

Signaturely does what I need it to do.

Easy to use and does its job

In my case, I need to send a few documents for signature, and Signaturely offers the perfect plan since I don't require document management. I can do it all on my own without wasting time.

Some functionalities are not so intuitive for me.

Great signature alternative

Kommentare: Great help when it comes to getting things back in a timely manner. Customers are also pleased that they dont have to print, scan and return.

Vorteile:

Great software for signatures. easy to upload templates to have for future implementation. Great for teams as well.

Nachteile:

When it comes to signature software there isn't too much to criticize. I haven't run into anything that i dislike about the software. Everything works great for me.

Signaturely Helps Me Run My Business

Vorteile:

I like being able to sign documents with my clients and contractors without exchanging paper. I also like having an easily sortable record of what's signed and not signed, and the automated reminders.

Nachteile:

Occasionally I've had clients say they couldn't access the document they were supposed to sign, but I suspect it's been user error most times.

Their UI is smooth and aesthetic. I've had no issues editing forms and sending out contracts for others to sign. Great product.

Nachteile:

I'd love if they added a contract builder in their features, but It's easy to bring in my documents for signing.

A very solid and affforadable esignature solution with 1 important limitation

Vorteile:

Its interface is very clean and easy to navigate. I like the direct integration with cloud storage providers such as Google Drive, One drive, dropbox. Team functionality is good for companies. Templates features is Great. Price is affordable and makes e signatures accessible for broader audience.

Nachteile:

Worst part of Signaturely is that is not integrated with Zapier or Integromat which is most likely a massive deal breaker for many. We are using an alternative tool which has integration with Zapier and this integration allow us to integrate esignature request process in our CRM processes. I know the team at Signaturely are working on Zapier integration.
