This software is going to enable us to comply with the new Accounting Standard, ASC 842.
This software can seem overwhelming because there are so many "paths" to navigate, so training is required.

Kommentare: We have had a great experience with ProLease so far. The customer service is great. They respond to your questions very quickly and can almost always find your solution.
I like that it works as an administrative database as well as an accounting software tool all-in-one. It allows multiple teams to have access with the proper security.
At times I wish the accounting reporting was a little more robust. I have everything I need for disclosures, but there have been a few work arounds instead of a one-stop shop report.
It has great potential but fails to live up to expectations. Almost there.
Workplace: We haven't spent too much time in this module. It seems to be pretty straight forward. ProLease is more than happy to help us fix floorplans in which the architect has changed. Maintenance: I like the ability to assign tickets to groups instead of users. Automatic emails, which we can customize is great. However, all fields listed in the email customization, there are some we cannot add to the message which is disappointing.
Workplace: Possible better communication on next steps after training. There seemed to be a general confusion on who was supposed to do what next on the clients end. In addition, our extensions are supposed to be 5 numbers not 4. We have brought this to our contact at ProLease weeks ago but it has not been resolved. Asset managment seems messy. Maintenance: I would like the ability to create better reports or have some of these reports as basic, if there is a field then we should be able to pull that data into a report. In addition, we will like to be able to create custom fields in Maintenance. It doesn't make sense to assign the ticket to a vendor and not have the ticket summary show a vendor attached without having to pay for a custom view. We will like a do not exceed amounts per vendor that will automatically pop up in ticket once we assign it. We will like to have the ability to mass update or assign, but I think that's a feature that we can live without. We are also running into more issues that I am not happy that we are having.
Easy to use system and customer service is fast, friendly and thorough.
Very simple to move/terminate personnel in order to keep the floorplans up to date. Love the email notification when dispatching work tickets to the assigned tech.
Would like to see requested completion date column in the Maintenance Ticket List. Info available via reports but ability to sort list by this field would be efficient for daily assignments. Would be awesome to be able to search the Maintenance Ticket Lists (both open and closed) for key words found in the individual work order field "additional request info" . Trying to relocate old work orders for conference room setups or for previous resolution are cumbersome, searching by key words such as blood drive, board meeting, auditorium, etc. who be most helpful.

Recommend for lease administration as well as project tracking. I use the Project Tracker Module the most and can't imagine using any other program ever again.

From ease of use, to the high level of customer service received...ProLease delivers. We use the system on a daily basis and it is an integral part of the real estate function. The system is VERY easy to use - User Friendly as they say. But if you ever need support - you will happy with the service I'm sure. The folks at Linksys do an outstanding job - from all the research and knowledge that goes into their software/programming, to reseting a user password- the level of customer service has been consistently top notch since day one. I've been using the system for just over 3 years now - I have never had a problem or a bad experience. You just don't hear that kind of feedback anymore. In addition, the system can be customized to your specific needs. We use 'error trapping' and 'auto imports' to elminate key strokes as well as potential over spend. The imports are verified against key controls before the upload is successful. The time saved and ease of use - PRICELESS.
The only Con I can think of is that I don't have to call often enough for support! Alan and Aaron are both so helpful and such a pleasure to work with... I think I am their biggest fan!
