Easy email signature management tool for Google Workspace, Office 365, and more

Kommentare: It's very simple to use and edit (have many signatures for numerous staff at the same time). My experience with support has been good; I've only contacted support a few times, and they were really helpful, but the tool is simple enough to use after you've had a look and tested your signature. The simple-to-navigate dashboard, as well as the option to add a banner to the email signature, are both excellent. This is an excellent tool that's incredibly simple to use and maintain. So far, I'm extremely pleased with this service, and I highly recommend it to others.

Les moyens de paiement : Nous avons pour habitude de payer par virement bancaire, et les seuls moyens de paiement proposés sont mandat SEPA et carte bancaire, ce qui nous a freiné au début

The disappointment began even before I could use the product. When I tried to register, the website repeatedly showed an error. The support team was unhelpful, offering obvious suggestions like trying a different browser or clearing the cache, which, of course, didn’t resolve the issue. I ended up spending over an hour chatting with support and getting nowhere. Eventually, I tried registering through an incognito window, only to face more frustration. Despite selecting an English version of the website, the text and forms appeared in French. I started filling out the registration form but got distracted and didn’t finish or provide any consent. Surprisingly, about 10 minutes later, I received a welcome email from their team—how is that possible if I never agreed to their terms or policies? To make matters worse, the emails were in French. If you’re targeting a global market, why is your communication only in French?

Excellent value for signature creation for campaigns

Kommentare: Signitic has brought our organization's email signatures to another level that is actually useful beyond just the basic name, phone, and address. We can actually direct individuals interacting with our entire team to specific actions out of our emails which we use every day.

Vorteile:

Creating signatures is extremely easy and it is completely customizable on the global level as well as with each individual user. Managing emails is also very simple. You can create multiple campaigns with each team/department of your organization.

Nachteile:

Reporting is not very thorough but definitely enough with the basics.
