Guests can sign up for reminders about events they are interested in and not forget. They can also opt into other categories they may not have known about.

Nachteile:

It is a niche area for our company. For the guests that have lots of events this is perfect and have not found any cons.

Great tool for data growth

Kommentare: Generally a good experience with 80k data records generated for the business.

Vorteile:

The functionality of sync to calendar is great for our users - with live updates made as event dates get updated regularly. For the organisation the feature has generated a huge amount of data to really power the growth of our database over the past few years.

Nachteile:

The price is fairly high for this kind of platform - and is based on user numbers so you tend to get penalised for success. Account managers are focused on getting clients to drive user numbers (due to the increase in price). This can be jarring when suggestions to increase numbers often focus on driving existing database to use the platform - this has no benefit to us as an organisation and would result in extra costs for us to effectively acquire data we already own. Needs to be a more nuanced approach from account managers.

We see the value for the Location intelligence products, where the viability is determined by the volume of data ECAL holds. The extension of ECAL market reach and market coverage will inform Digital Marketng solutions

Scope to extend the depth of information on the genre for events

Ease of integration with Microsoft Outlook.

It is intuitive and seamless working with the ECAL platform - no complaints here.

ECAL is brilliant at allowing me to automatically populate my calendar with the matches of my favourite sporting teams and other specific one-off events

Nachteile:

It's set and forget, so no real issues with the ECAL product

E-Cal E-asy

Kommentare: Generally a great tool.

Vorteile:

Love how you can subscibe to an ecal and autmatically it sits within your diary and calendar. Also great for those teams and sports to ensure you can track the games and they slot into diary.

Nachteile:

From time to time the time period for the subscribed calendar can be off and not reflective of your time zone. Would be good to have a website to select them all.
