Still if there are any questions, the support team is pretty helpful. They are consistently responsive and offer solutions swiftly. But the main advantage of UniOne is the dedicated IP feature. For those who care about their sending reputation, it's a must feature.

> **Nachteile**: Nothing really spoiled my experience with this platform, but if necessary to highlight a con, I would say it's a limited ability to reset the status of email addresses. The system retains the statuses of emails that are marked as undeliverable, unsubscribed, or reported as spam. While you can locate these emails and reset their status, this action is limited to twice per day per account. Although you can request an increase in this limit by contacting UniOne support, it would be more convenient if the default reset limit were higher.

It was important for us to receive quality customer support, and we got it. The installation and API integration went smoothly and quickly.
