Simple, Powerful, and Effective Platform!
Vorteile:
I loved the video quality and the soft transitions in between speakers. The breakout rooms were also extremely popular, as attendees could go in and out of any of the rooms. Having a landing page with all of the event's information was also extremely valuable for attendees. Finally, my favorite function was the Lounge where you could connect with other event-goers with 5 minute phone calls... it was like speed networking but it was really nice to meet your audience face-to-face!
Nachteile:
Mobile users were not able to access the event, but I was told that they are working on resolving that issue. If mobile users can access the platform and event creators can access a backend to upload their own content, this would be the perfect platform! The backend is also supposed to be in the works.

Vorteile:
I liked the way Tocca designed our experience, making it truly immersive. I liked the breakout sessions for LPs/GPs; the networking lounge was a really popular feature in our community and many personal connections were made. Overall, 163 introductions were made through the breakout room.
Nachteile:
The complexity of it was hard for certain users who aren't very tech savvy;

Kommentare: It has been a good platform for our size events. No one platform has been able to provide everything an event planner needs, attendees need and glitches are always present for virtual events. I have been very happy with the overall improvements of the platform and for the price you receive a lot of extras without upsell.
Vorteile:
The platform allowed me to have a good venue for networking with the lobby feature, also the sponsor pages make a nice touch. The breakout rooms allow for us to have a in person feel for roundtables and pre event networking. We were also able to breakout into smaller groups. The ease of set-up with the Tocca team allowed us to make last minute additions to the event.
Nachteile:
The program is still evolving and we are seeing it grow from event to event with capabilities. Although there have been minor glitches, it is nice to see the software growing as out virtual events grow.

Great People, Great Product
Kommentare: Our overall experience was excellent.
Vorteile:
The platform was easy to use and we had plenty of support from the Tocca team. They were flexible in adding options we needed and they took a real interest in our event. They were helpful and listened carefully to our feedback and requests. Most importantly, our guests were able to participate in our event and we raised the dollars we were hoping to raise.
Nachteile:
There were a few functions we wished the platform had that it did not but Tocca is working on adding that functionality moving forward.

A reimagined event experience
Kommentare: Tocca was very helpful in guiding us in best practices from Day 1 - They are event experts who did a great job helping us think through the difference between in-person events and digital experiences.
Vorteile:
We love the fact that - the platform allows for 100% control of the attendee experience - We can have 1:1 adhoc networking for our attendees (A core value for our community)
Nachteile:
We needed vendor support to set-up, which is a small friction point. Their customer support and service is top-notch but I expect that they will have self-onboarding soon.
