Useful ATS

Vorteile:

I like 100 Hires because because they have great and customizable pipeline and integrations with different job boards.

Nachteile:

I don't like the dashboard. It can be much better.

Great Features...less Complex....

Kommentare: Great features as a ATS and less overall complexity

Vorteile:

The UI and color scheme is the best feature. Apart from that it is less complex as compared to other ATS systems that i have used earlier.

Nachteile:

There is nothing to hate about in the system but eventually it will get better

Suggestions on 100hires ATS

Kommentare: It is good. The working is not at that bad if I compare with start up company's ATS.

Vorteile:

The extension that linked with hiring platform. The integration system must be stronger.

Nachteile:

There some gaps in this that should be improved like customized filters, tags. For pre screening, you should add some questionnaires.

A highly recommended ATS

Kommentare: I started to use the ATS on my daily tasks to review the candidates and post new jobs in free job boards which made a huge impact on the time and efficient of my work.

Vorteile:

The friendly user environment and pipeline make the life of the recruiter easier.

Nachteile:

I didn't find anything I didn't like, it was a great experience

100 Hires - Recommend ATS Tool

Kommentare: On first site the application seems to be user friendly and has all the features to reduce the TAT of an recruiter.

Vorteile:

User friendly and more customized options

Nachteile:

Not sure on the custom reports and if possible that would be of great help for strategic decision making.

Kommentare: I like using it because compared to other ATS using 100Hires is time saving, easy to see all of the pipeline of candidates and the communication with them and internal teams as well.

Vorteile:

It is very efficient ATS and makes the tracking very easy for recruiters.

Nachteile:

It might need a little notification icons to show recruiters that are new to this but once you get the hang of it it is very easy to navigate.

Vorteile:

100Hires is makes recruitment seamless and easy. I have had a great experience using 100hires to reduce my time-to-fill. With 100hires, I have also been able to track candidates effectively throughout my recruitment processes and this platform has taken 90% of the hassle in my recruitment process.

Nachteile:

Everything is okay, you could the UI a little bit but everything else is okay.

In general, very simple to use. Managing the talent pool and pipeline is very simple, fast and on top of that you can customize and automate the pipelines. Additionally, adding candidates in the talent pool and pipeline is super easy.

Nachteile:

I did not find any cons that negatively affected my user experience.

Expanding its integration options would greatly enhance its utility by enabling smoother transitions and data sharing across different platforms.

Smooth ATS

Vorteile:

Easy to use, easy to navigate, integration seems easy to follow, based on previous experience, I find 100hires more suitable for any organization, no matter the size, it gives the right information and statistics at any given time, which is important on a daily basis, makes hiring process more enjoyable for both HR and HM managers.

Nachteile:

The color seems too dark compared to the letters and font.

It's possible to adjust the buckets and options to get a tailor-made platform for your needs, which is great. It's good value for money when considering all the options this ATS platform offers.

I don't have feedback at this moment related to the things I like the least, as I like the platform so far.

The fact that I can adjust features needed to fill my positions and easily navigate through the ATS.

Very effective and simple

Kommentare: It's great, it's easy to use, fairly simple yet manages to offer everything an ATS needs.

Vorteile:

I've been using it for the past few months and the thing I like the most is that all my emails and interview scheduling go through it, plus most of the emails get sent out as an automation so I don't have to worry about that. The UI is great as well.

Nachteile:

I've been very satisfied with it, and I can't think of something I would add here.
