poor service on problems with software
Kommentare: we have been with autos for at least 15 years + we have been calling about problem with estimates part of software STILL NOT FIXED - Can not use estimate part because it remove parts from inventory every TIME. Inventory system?

11 years of use. It's alright but has flaws.
I've has this program since before Amcom bought it. The person who developed it was a member of IATN and sold it off that web site. I initially bought it because it was cheap and I owned it with out monthly dues (InvoMax mistake) It's easy to use and seems to have a solid data base. We had used InvoMax prior and it was a nightmare a real "POS",. Compared to InvoMax it's outstanding. It's got flaws thought. If you've had it for a while and go over 10,000 invoices you'll find the history searches use the first 4 digits to list the ROs. So if your in the 50K invoice area and you do a search looking for 50,135 the search will put it before invoice 136. This alone is maddening. There are other things like trying to search for parts usage is useless, reports are limited and trying to retrieve data for a backup is a total pain in the A**. On top of that they now charge $45 a month for support. I've complained about these problems and they acknowledge them and say we'll put it on the list ha ha ha, like good luck with that. I will say if you call because for a problem they will call back quickly and are polite and as helpful as they can be. Would I buy it again, No.
