Super-flexible forms package for WordPress

Vorteile:

Flexibility. The core features are extensive and there is a large selection of add-ons to cover most use cases / add extra functionality very cost-effectively. The quality of the code in the core plugin and official add-ons is really high, with actions/filters for everything. This provides a strong platform for any customisations required.

Nachteile:

It's frustrating that field types can't be changed, e.g. from tick boxes to radios (and vice versa). Instead you have to add a new field and remove the previous one.

Robust Form Builder for the Majority of use cases

Kommentare: Positive no complaints allows me to create robust solutions for most form builder use cases.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, Flexible and customisable for multiple Web Projects

Nachteile:

Overall have no issues with it however i would not say we are advanced users

Cheap but not cheerful

Vorteile:

The fact it fits directly into the Wordpress website with no need for a separate form system. There is a good cost saving vs other form systems

Nachteile:

It is extremely clunky and slow within our hosted Wordpress site - it often glitches and forms are harder to build than other form building systems as a result

Best for advanced WordPress developers

Kommentare: Gravity Forms is great for professional WordPress developers looking to create advanced forms for clients. The plugin pricing is very reasonable for using on multiple sites and the support has been great.

Vorteile:

Gravity Forms has tons of customization options, hooks, and filters for advanced developers. I've done some really advanced things with the forms like complicated third party integrations using custom APIs. I use Gravity Forms because I know it will be able to handle anything I need. It is equally great for creating simple contact forms.

Nachteile:

I can't think of any complaints about this plugin.

Gravity Forms A+ Highly Recommended

Kommentare: overall experience is very good used it to implement various forms into woo commerce, from simple contact forms to sample request forms. a lot of flexibility across the board.

Vorteile:

Easy interface for setup, easy implementation of google recatcha, highly customisable

Nachteile:

very rarely you can get java script conflicts but these are very rare.

Solid Form Management Solutions for WordPress

Kommentare: Saves a huge amount of time on WordPress website builds. The code is rock solid and I have had the opportunity to use it for many years without issue.

Vorteile:

Hands down the best form management solution for WordPress. It brings advanced features to the table for endless custom integrations with other software.

Nachteile:

Ease of use in setting up the most basic forms to the complex.

GF works for simple to intermediate type of data submissions

Vorteile:

I like the platform, the new overall design looks pretty solid and straightforward. It's easy to duplicate forms, etc. I do like that they're trying to bring more details to users to choose for each part of the form creation process.

Nachteile:

The design of the platform itself still needs to be seamless, there are too many parts that we have to go and it's not easy to just work with Gravity Forms in any platform. There is no design out of the box, you have to know CSS or buy another plugin to use it and develop it.

Gravity Forms - Not bad, but look before committing

Kommentare: Overall experience is good. We've used it for 6+ years, but it is not the be all and end all of forms programs, at least not for us.

Vorteile:

Integrated well into our Word Press site. For the most part did the job we need it to, but maybe not as "sexy" or intuitive as other programs.

Nachteile:

Doesn't seem as robust or intuitive as other form programs, even some that are free to use.

Vorteile:

Flexibility and integration with WordPress was easy and straightforward. Lead data capture (partial and full) is simple and intuitive.

Nachteile:

Limited logic and features for customization. Had to employ third-party add-ons at an additional expense.

Unparalleled form management system

Vorteile:

Gravity Forms is the ultimate form management system. It allows to easily create forms, add fields, add conditions for those fields and display it easily on your website. In addition, it has a huge list of integrations that allows us to very quickly and cost effectively integrate the forms with different systems. The data capture element is fantastic and helps organise our lead database easily.

Nachteile:

Some features like third party integrations may require a bit more technical knowledge, but that's to be expected with such complex functionalities. The fact that it offers it and makes it easy to do is impressive.

Excellent form builder with lots of automations, customizations, and templates

Vorteile:

This is an excellent form builder for WordPress. It has a great YouTube channel, knowledge base, support team, and documentation. It comes with a lot of templates and is highly customizable. With the right setup, you can automate most or all of your workflows.

Nachteile:

The free version of this software comes with very little features. You must upgrade to Pro License for average users or Elite License for power users.

Gravity Forms is reliable forms creator for your WP website

Vorteile:

Very nice and clean drag-and-drop forms creator with all the elements you need. it can be used for contact forms, for registered users there is an option to create for them a form to change their details like password, name, and more. there is an option to add Captcha to reduce spam messages.

Nachteile:

Its not integrated with Elementor, its not possible to edit it with Elementor and I have to add the forms using shortcodes, it's not very bad but it can be better if it will integrate with Elementor.

Form without coding skill for automated lead collection

Vorteile:

Features and option are so vast that you can create any type of form you want. It has an advantage of automations also.

Nachteile:

Some features are only available in paid subscriptions

Es un plugin que utilizamos mucho en nuestros proyectos de worpdress, poque no solo te permite crear formularios de contacto, sino tambien encuentras, boletines, registros para clientes e incluso te permite realizar cobros o incluso presupuestos.

Nachteile:

me parece caro si lo que buscas es solamente hacer un formulario ya que tienes opciones gratuitas, para nosotros como en ocasiones hemos buscado el pago a través del propio formulario nos viene genial

Can't Do WordPress Without It

Kommentare: Unless we're embedding a native MAP/CRM form, there's no reason to use anything else in WordPress.

Vorteile:

Gravity Forms is by far our favorite WordPress forms engine. It's ubiquitous, easy to style and easy to integrate.

Nachteile:

Gravity Forms does require styling to offer a best-in-class user experience. Fortunately, this is easy for anyone with CSS knowledge. Out of the box integrations can be a bit weak, but Zapier powers just about anything.

Better than Contact Form 7

Vorteile:

We used to use Contact Form 7 for a long time and then made the switch over to Gravity Forms and we couldn't be happier. It’s a flexible, customizable and passes the data the right way for our own and our client's needs.

Nachteile:

Occasionally it has a problem or two connecting to crms but that's rare

Gravity Forms - a great web tool

Kommentare: Overall Gravity Forms is a great tool that can be used for so many things. Every two weeks I create a new form for events, polls, payments, sign-ups and so much more. Definitely a must for website design. You don't have to be a coder to use this product!

Vorteile:

Gravity Forms is a great plug-in. I love the drag and drop features and the new upgrades. It also integrated with my payments portals easily.

Nachteile:

There is no real-time help and the documentation is not clear at times. The videos are helpful. Also, it was not obvious how to integrate it into my site at first but when I figured it out it has been great.

Gravity Forms Opens Up A World of Possiblilities

Vorteile:

Gravity Forms is a simple to use form that allows you to perform difficult tasks. I like that when someone submits a form you can, through the use of conditional logic, trigger a notification which may be sent to a specific user requesting them to perform a specific action. (Seem complicated? It is not.)

Nachteile:

Unless you are very good at code not every thing you want to do can be done without purchasing another piece of software, Gravity Wiz. I still love it because you can do so much with the basic Gravity Forms software.

Easy for my clients to use

Kommentare: I build a lot of websites for churches and they always ask for the ability to create forms for events or prayer requests. I love that I can confidently say yes. When showing them how easy it is to create a form and gather information I always get the "oohs and aahs" . It's just super easy to use. Over the years it has gotten so much better and less clunky.

Vorteile:

I love the drag and drop option for creating forms. Showing it off to clients always gets the "wow factor".

Nachteile:

CSS can be clunky when it comes to. quick fix or implementation. I find that once I have injected Gravity Forms into my design I'll get transparent field backgrounds that I will need to fix in the CSS.

Hard to remember using forms before Gravity Forms

Kommentare: Overall, Gravity Forms is the only form software you should use on your Wordpress sites. After using it for the short time we have, we've completely forgotten all the struggles we had with previous forms because of how top tier Gravity Forms has been. Life time customer.

Vorteile:

The ability to include customization is the number one reason this is one of my biggest "go-to's" for my website. Being able to embed links is huge and also super convenient. We use it to link users to things just as an external terms or service page before clicking certain boxes. It's a lifesaver to not have to double up on work and add that exact same URL somewhere else on the website.

Nachteile:

The customer service has always been very professional and overall very quick. But currently the only way to contact support is through email. Which automatically causes some delays in the communication process. Being able to have an instant fix through a tech support call would be a huge feature to allow "Instant" fixes.

The only form builder you need

Kommentare: Overall this is the best form builder I have ever used for WordPress. It is incredibly versatile, has a lot of third party integrations and can be extended to be more than just a form builder by using plugins such as Gravity views to display data on the front end of your website as content.

Vorteile:

The best features for me are being able to save form submissions to Google Sheets and to integrate with automations like Zapier and Integromat. It is also easy to use with a drag and drop interface and the conditional fields options make this form builder very versatile.

Nachteile:

It is quite pricey for me because of the exchange rate - I am a South African based business.

One of the best form builder for Wordpress

Vorteile:

Not really simple to use to create forms, but when you catch its logic you can really automate all your data entry by users. In my most complex setup I've created a form with nested forms, file uploads, pdf creation, email sending with attachments plus data added to a Google Sheet and files sent to a dropbox account, duplicated to a Google Drive folder via Zapier. It takes some time to build the form... but then it works like a charm and the customer has all his data in the right place!

Nachteile:

The form builder interface: not really simple but it works.

The Best Wordpress Plugin for Forms

Creating forms is super easy to do and you can do a lot of customization regarding questions, multiple choice, file uploading, etc.

Nachteile:

Some of the formatting takes some tweaking to make sure that your form doesnt look super basic insite of your website.

I have used this plugin and I have to admit that it is done really well. The graphic interface allows you to create forms in a simple and intuitive way.

Nachteile:

the cost of the plugin is a bit high, but the subscription allows you to receive updates.

Great for Everyone, Awesome for Those with Technical Abilities

Vorteile:

You can do so much with gravity forms. I've been able to put it through the paces and it keeps up every step of the way. Extending the forms has been a breeze with marketing automation as well.

Nachteile:

It's not intuitive for entry level users. It takes time to get into it and tease out the more advanced features.
