A breakthrough! Although further refinements needed
Kommentare: It has been a pleasant working experience with the TalentPulse team. Unlike many other consultant, who might just leave you high and dry upon implementation, the team works closely with me to continuously improve the software.
Vorteile:
TalentPulse is a breakthrough in the Talent Management digital platform. The first of its kind to be able to capture Talent Management insights into one platform, from talent assessments, career planning/matching and succession planning. It hosts a wide range of assessment tools, and able to capture all the different assessment data into a single customized report. It can predict employee-role fit using quantitative fit score, which is easy to understand. It captures your employee data via an easy mass upload, it would assists you with your organization structure setup. It hosts competency library that can be a useful reference. The team in TP is really helpful in ensuring the implementation runs smoothly end to end. Always available when support is needed.
Nachteile:
Although, TalentPulse is capable of integration, but in our case, integration is not the option currently as we are also working on migrating into a new HRIS. This standalone situation creates a lot of operational issues, whereby jobs/roles will need to be input manually, albeit mass upload. But, extra effort is needed to ensure that the organizational hierarchy is correct, or changes in org chart thereafter is not automatically reflected within the system, unless you reupload or manually correct it. Mapping the competency to your organization competency should be done properly, if not information will not be as accurate. The product needs to be more intuitive so that it would be easy to use. As a work tool, the challenge of making the software so user-friendly is not easy as compared to other leisure softwares.

Vorteile:
This software help eliminates manual work and able to consolidate the data through the system. AI integration is a plus point.
Nachteile:
I'm not be able to get the full access yet hence not much I can say.

Vorteile:
- extensive JDs collection - able to show employees how they can develop their career - assessment can be further customised based on company's values
Nachteile:
- not user friendly - each JDs have very little content in it and needs further customization - layout is dark, hard to see, hard to project to the screen - not sure if it can be integrated into our GES: people soft. we have to upload the latest staff listing from GES to TalentPulse manually, which is time consuming
