Vorteile:
I love the feel, the design of Paperbell. It keeps my clients in the same high level visual from my sales page to the checkout process. It is easy to use, easy to update and easy for my clients to navigate
Nachteile:
I'm not getting the text reminder features. Slowly great features are being added but I'm also paying twice as much as I did with Acuity.

Paperbell Payment Platform Gets Better and Better
Kommentare: One thing I love about Paperbell is that they're constantly improving and upgrading. The Paperbell I signed up for last year was already a lot of bang for my buck (and I'm so glad I signed up for a full year, rather than month-to-month!), but the Paperbell of today is on a whole other level. For example, I had an issue where the wrong Zoom link would show up in my scheduled sessions. Shortly thereafter, Paperbell sent an email saying that they had tweaked the online conferencing process such that I could plug my own Zoom link into the session more easily. I think I got a better feel for the calendar management process, but there's room for that process to be even more streamlined.
Vorteile:
I've had Paperbell for almost a year now, and it has been great! I love that it streamlines the payment, scheduling, and client management process into a one-stop shop.
Nachteile:
Payment processing is it's strongest suit, while calendar management could stand to be more user-friendly. I have had difficulty in the past with plugging in my calendar availability for certain programs, even though my synced calendar would show a time slot as being available. I had to disconnect and reconnect my Google calendar to get it to work correctly.

Almost the Bell of the Ball
Kommentare: I enjoyed my initial trial phase and enjoyed much of what was offered but in the end, it was not the most ideal for me or the clients I help to find smart solutions. I do think it's a great option for established coaches looking to streamline their processes and I appreciate that they are still finding ways to improve their offerings.
Vorteile:
I like that it provides an all in one solution, the automated contracts and that you can customize bundle options depending on clientele. It is super convenient for someone looking for ease in execution once you are familiar with the process.They have recently done some upgrades which add to their appeal.
Nachteile:
Although it is an all in one, it has limited integrations and the price point is a bit high which can be cost prohibitive, especially for newer and smaller businesses. The fact that you can only access via the web is also a bit restrictive.
The intuitive client management choice
Kommentare: Schedule and payments are breeze. It has allowed me to make the best use of my time and collect subscription payments seamlessly. Although the client note section is very clunky, Zapier integrations allow an easy fix.
Vorteile:
I love Paperbell. It is easy to set up and deploy. My clients find it quite easy to use. The developers consistently add more features so the program becomes more robust. And it's great as it is!
Nachteile:
I don't have any complaints! But some clients have a difficult time with the login process and finding the client portal. Paperbell has done quite a bit recently to help with the second issue. The client notes section is very clunky.

Paperbell is the best customer management system I have used
Kommentare: Excellent. Customer service is super responsive, fast, understanding. It's also important to me to support other small, female owned businesses.
Vorteile:
The fact that you can see what clients have bought from you & how much they have spent You can email all clients on one package You can set up different billing plans That the company is built and run by a small team and they are super responsive to feedback
Nachteile:
There are small tweaks that could be made - but the team are always open to feedback and have added changes I have suggested to the system, for example deleting a package from a client's record.

Love the Ease!
Kommentare: So far my overall experience with Paperbell has been really positive!
Vorteile:
•Very intuitive and easy to use. Most everything a coach would need. •Invoices/Billing,Contacts, & Payments all seamlessly integrated •Built-in client survey customization as part of your onboarding process without having to do any additional learning curves! •Easy links to your video session that make it effortless for your client! •the ability to sell group coaching easily •a private portal for clients to make know you take their privacy seriously
Nachteile:
•No color coding abilities •No additional fonts or colors for text •That emails read [SENSITIVE CONTENT] (though in all fairness - clients can respond straight from the email to the Coach/and the email shows that it's from the Coach) •That emails can't 'live' in the client portal: there should be a way for the client and coach to interact in a way that doesn't rely on an outside provider, while having notifications to both client/coach a 'new' message awaits them • The email customizations are very restrictive • An inability to customize the signature on the email template

Paperbell review from a Service provider
Kommentare: I really like paperbell. It’s easy to use. Paperbell is always open to feedback and they are continually working on updating the tool. I have used almost every feature and I trust that they will fix all bugs asap.
Vorteile:
I love the ease of setting up and editing 1:1 and group offerings.
Nachteile:
The shop page looks undesirable to me. so I end up spending time creating a basic webpage on my website. Lack of basic reporting that you can easily run to see recurring payments.

Love Paperbell!!
Kommentare: The whole setup was super easy and all their supporting documentation was brilliant and answered nearly every question I had. The integration with Stripe had me up and running in no time!
Vorteile:
I wanted calendaring software that was more than just enabling my clients to set up appointments AND was easy to set up emails and availability. I wanted to minimize my time in setting everything up so I could get started quickly and still look professional to my clients. I love the Notes section for each client as I've been trying to minimize the numerous notebooks I have for each client.
Nachteile:
Would really love the Client's Notes section and would like it if it was searchable. Want flexibility for my clients or me to reschedule appointments in less than 24 hours...emergencies happen.

Great idea with searchable notes, will add that to the feature request docket. In terms of reschedule/cancelations totally feel you there, emergencies do happen. It's still totally possible to reschedule within 24 hours, you'll just need to be the one to cancel/reschedule - not them. You can do this by modifying their appointment. Samantha, Team Paperbell

Kommentare: It helps me take out any manual processes with booking 1-2-1s. Payment upfront means I always get paid!
Vorteile:
I love how easy it is to deploy the software and set up the packages. Clients find it really easy and professional to use which means I can have a seamless shop front for my 1-2-1 packages.
Nachteile:
Love the current features that exist and that are being added. Can't think of any thing additional I need right now to be added to the system.

I love Paperbell!

Vorteile:
I love that the team is forever taking our suggestions into consideration to make the software better and more functional for the needs of coaches. A lot of programs don’t offer this level of improvements.
Nachteile:
I would love to have more control over the layout design of my paperbell store. But this is a minor improvement in comparison the the other features that are currently available.

Solid choice, albeit with limited range
Kommentare: Enjoyable, but more stripped down than expected. I appreciated how quickly I was able to set up my coaching/consulting services. I was expecting to be able to invoice current clients rather than making them go to the website, set up an account, choose their package, and pay for it. It would be less desirable for new clients, but I definitely wasn’t going to have my current clients go through hoops because I decided to change my onboarding platform. It just doesn’t fit the relationship I’ve already built with them. The last challenge would be the inability to incorporate coupon codes or discounts. Offering potential clients discounts based on attending my keynotes, buying books, and so on, is an integral part of onboarding. I appreciate the product and look forward to updates! At this point, it isn’t robust enough for my business.
Vorteile:

No way to invoice current clients or to give discounts without creating a completely different SKU/product

Great product and I've only scratched the surface
Kommentare: I love being part of something new and I love how they're developing it all the time and I'm able to access all the new features as they're created.
Vorteile:
I think it's a great scheduler, payment processor and coaching admin tool in one. I have been very well supported by the creators of Paperbell since inception and feel that they are really responsive to questions.
Nachteile:
I wasn't happy about it only working for individual coaching but now they've launched the group coaching option so I'm thrilled!
Dream Software!
Kommentare: So far I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what I have with Paperbell. I sing their praises to whomever will listen. My scheduling looks professional and seamless. I have ultimate flexibility to create and offer the kind of sessions my business thrives on, customer service is friendly, accessible, and helpful the first time, no matter whom you speak to. I am a company of one, doing work to serve the planet and Paperbell is dream software.
Vorteile:
Paperbell is everything I had been searching for (and believe me, I SEARCHED). It lets me configure my business in a way that works for me, not me having to work my business around my software. It has all the bells and whistles that scheduling software should have, and I didn’t need a tech degree to get around the site and use every function. Not only that, the Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL. Look no further, Paperbell is the holy grail of scheduling software.
Nachteile:
Paperbell is easy and intuitive to use. I haven’t yet found anything I don’t like. If I were to make a suggestion, a live phone line for questions would be uber helpful. Sometimes you just need to talk out an issue with someone and the answer is quick and easy, instead of writing multiple email over the course of a week to figure something out.

Continually improving a great product
Vorteile:
I most like the modern interface with this software. My client experience is important to me and I appreciate the clean look of the platform. Next, I like how customizable it is. They really listen to their customers and build it for all sorts of uses instead of forcing you to develop your processes around the software. I like how it handles groups a lot.
Nachteile:
I least like the fact that at this time, you cannot customize a contract for each person. So, this means I have to create a new package if I need to customize something for one client and now they are not part of the bigger group. It's just managing two things instead of one which adds up over time. I have figured out how to make it work but it's the one thing I would change about this software.

Paperbell is my Virtual Assistant

Vorteile:
I’ve used this from the beginning of my coaching career and I won’t go back. The software was developed by a coach for a coach - woman owned. What I like best is that new features and improvements are constantly introduced. I love my Shop page- I’ve been able to customize the look, add illustrations and it looks like it’s a part of my website. I can send direct links to potential and current clients and easily make changes to my packages.
Nachteile:
Anything I’ve had trouble with has been improved upon without asking. I know the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is taking requests, updating and coming out with new features all the time. It’s one of the main reasons I chose Paperbell.

Simplicity Wins the Day
Kommentare: So far, so good. I have just loaded the programs and am looking forward to launch (and then I'll have even more to say).
Vorteile:
I like that Paperbell costs about half of Kartra and delivered what I needed without having to pay for extra features that I was never going to use. Paperbell is simple because it was developed with the consumer in mind, not as a catch-all tool. The simplicity makes set up a breeze (no lengthy learning curve or extra degree or personnel required).
Nachteile:
The "landing" page is overly simplified and can't really compete with contemporary landing pages.

Paperbell....a Time Saver for Coaches!
Kommentare: Paperbell fits all my coaching needs, and the software is continuing to expand. The software is user-friendly, and customer service is very responsive. Lauching a coaching business is scary enough, but having Paperbell in my corner made starting a coaching business a smoother transition.
Vorteile:
Overall, it saves me time and energy! The best features...so many, but to name a few: client management, tracking coaching hours, reminders, and the landing page, and the software is user-friendly.
Nachteile:
Wow, this is a hard one. I compared Paperbell with 6 other coaching sites, and only 1 beat out Paperbell (in my comparison). However, that site almost tripple Paperbell price.

Paperbell Rocks!!
Vorteile:
I love the way Paperbell is set up, from start to finish. It begins with having customers pay for packages and appointments before they book, streamlining the billing and invoicing process. The platform integrates with Stripe, so clients can pay monthly if they'd like. Paperbell also integrates with my Google calendar and Zoom, so when appointments are scheduled, clients and I have everything we need, including the meeting link. I also love the fact that Paperbell keeps and ICF Coaching Log for me; it makes it super easy to track the hours I've coached and whether they were paid or pro-bono. Love this software!!!
Nachteile:
Some clients have been thrown off by receiving email such as appointment bookings and reminders from Paperbell; I think it would be easier for clients if those messages came from me.

Best platform for managing coaching clients
Vorteile:
Prior to using Paperbell, I was using separate services for appointments, contracts, and billing -- and now it's all in one. It has saved me a ton of time and it's super easy to use -- for me and my clients.
Nachteile:
There were a few features I wanted added at the beginning that they have added now and they continue to improve functionality. They are very responsive to requests!

Suits my needs, but have yet to maximize
Kommentare: Overall, the benefits of paperbell continue to outweigh its benefits so I am happy with it. I still do look forward to seeing improvements especially in the areas I like least.
Vorteile:
What made me choose Paperbell over other software are: (1) ability to get clients to sign contracts as part of the workflow; (2) Scheduling features (flexibility); (3) Great customer service (very responsive and friendly)
Nachteile:
There are still certain things that don't work quite well such as contracts not being sent when packages are gifted, pricing options being unavailable due to its limitation to stripe and lack of flexibility when it comes to reporting - downloading data/reports.

Love the auto subscriptions and ease of client sign on. Don’t love the scheduler yet.
Kommentare: A time saver overall and allows me to think about other things than invoicing clients and waiting for them to pay!
Vorteile:
The ability to create subscriptions and have the client read through my onboard package, sign and pay all at once.
Nachteile:
I wish I could book recurring appointments. Single booking is time consuming and cumbersome.

I love Paperbell
Kommentare: I find Paperbell very useful and easy to navigate. I use the frequently asked question section a lot as well as the support section to help with any confusion I may have at the time. So far I haven’t had to make a call to the support center. Long story short, my overall experience is excellent.
Vorteile:
I love that Paperbell have a complete break down of the sections that clients can view to help them with the scheduling, purchasing and emailing the clients invoices, and I also love that I can automatically send reminders to my clients.
Nachteile:
Honestly nothing so far, I’m just starting out as a coach. In fact, I learned that I needed a contract for clients to sign, before a purchase is made. Again I didn’t know that in the beginning, so Paperbell is a thumbs up for me.

I love that my clients have the ease of choosing times that work for them. Paperbell eliminates the need for back and forth emails or texts or calls to find a date and time that work.

Great Software for Coaches
Kommentare: Great - their customer service is amazing.
Vorteile:
The payment plan billing for my clients is worth every penny because I no longer have to manage invoicing every month. Being able to have a sales page with all my packages simply laid out is so easy and great for my clients and me.
Nachteile:
Website integrations, the automated emails I get every time someone schedules an appointment (it's like 3-4 emails every time someone books a consultation), and the inability to sync with individual google calendars. All that being said, it's still an amazing software that's still in development. They are working on adding these features.
