When you attempt to discontinue service it is impossible to make contact with a real person who can help you. Emails and online AI chats are all I received for customer service. > > Overall the product was as advertised. The customer service while attempting to discontinue my service was non-existent. I would not recommend this company for anyone starting out especially if you decide to discontinue service. Plan ahead and start the cancellation of service in advance.
