Ease of use and adaptability.

My experience has been very positive. Great communication, always a quick reply. The updates they make are fully realized before they apply them. We had a fairly smooth transition, the learning curve is short and intuitive.
It integrates well with our parking lot security and ticketing.
Vorteile:
ParkIt streamlines managing the parking for our lot, before using ParkIt all our parking management was done manually, and information was kept in different programs, integrating this info could be confusing and time consuming. Now it is easy to add customers individually or as a business with multiple parkers under one account. I no longer have to worry about getting invoices out each month, they go out automatically, and I am able to keep track of payments and over due accounts simply and accurately. I love that all the information I need is easily accessed and layed out in a comprehensive manner. I am able to send out additional invoices, accept payments by many methods, and generate reports for bookkeeping and accounting.
Nachteile:
I have really no con's for the program, anytime there was a need, I would find that they were working fast to adapt and address my concerns. This is still the case.

Vorteile:
I love how easy it is for our customers to access and manage their account. It is very user friendly. It has made my life a lot easier in the accounting department as it automatically generates and sends all monthly invoices.
Nachteile:
In our current parking system that we are using ParkIt unfortunately does not automatically manage the access cards. We still manually have to deactivate and activate.

Kommentare: We have been very happy with ParkIt. Every time we had an issue with something or needed to have some type of new reports generated [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been very responsive to all of our needs. We are continuing to work with ParkIt to get more user friendly reports.
Vorteile:
I think that we might’ve been one of the first to use this in our area. At the beginning we had several issues with different things. Every time we need to change something to make it more user-friendly we were able to do so with Park It’s help.
Nachteile:
At one of my larger locations we are unable to coordinate the parking payments with activating and deactivating passes for late payments or non-payments. If something in the future can be done for this through software it would continue to make our job even more efficient.
Great Product and Service!!
Kommentare: Implementing Parkit for our Denver Colorado lots have been one of the best investments we could have made. I don't get calls from customer on how to use it, I can easily run reports, I can leave notes on customer accounts. If I have any questions I get a right through to support or get a call back within minutes.
Vorteile:
The ease to learn, customers don't call asking how to use, I like the pic of the lots so the customer can choose, I like the reports, online active list of licence plates numbers we can use when checking cars, and I like the customer support.
Nachteile:
I would like to have the option to change the lot for customers and email conversation option that tracks.
Operations
Kommentare: Going to an all digital permits has made a world of difference for us. No more hang tags to give out.
Vorteile:
When you are in the field and monitoring parking lots, we open the the enforcement option and check digital permits with ease. ParkIt made it possible with their app.
Nachteile:
The least thing we don't like about is when we are in area that we have no service and we are not able to open the app but it's not ParkIt's fault. it's the mobile service provider.
