Fantastic Rendering Program!

Kommentare: Foyr has been a great tool for us in our ever growing interior design business. We offer rendering services to our clients, and are able to use Foyr to show the clients and the builders the dream vision before any construction has begun. We can create any layout, and are able to drop is many different products and change materials to show the full potential of a clients dream space.

Vorteile:

Foyr is great for creating custom layouts of clients existing homes and new builds! We're easily able to show customers their dream spaces with a lot of accuracy.

Nachteile:

Sometimes we wish searching for certain items was more efficient, or that their were more specific projects available.

It's a NEED for your design business, not a want.

Kommentare: Everything has been great so far and customer service is great and quick with responses with any questions I come across.

Vorteile:

Foyr Neo has helped set my business apart from the competition. I can create stunning 4K renderings within a day and provide walk-through videos to my clients. The editing process is super simple and it is amazing to provide different views, lighting plans, furniture plans, and renderings to each unique client. I was able to teach myself the basics and have been able to grow my business and promote the aspect of delivering 3D renderings to my clients. I use this program daily and absolutely love it.

Nachteile:

There aren't any cons that I can think of. I have been using this program daily and haven't run into any issues!

Good software but you're treated badly, even as a loyal customer

Vorteile:

The renderings The fact that the software is super user friendly

Nachteile:

The support (the persons I chatted with are always very nice, but not always helpful). I've had numerous technical problems and it takes weeks/months to be addressed + I have to reach out every week, and nobody answers. The custom models: you have the option to ask the 3D team to create a custom object which is great. I was great at the beginning. And for the past few months, it has been REALLY bad. I had to ask ALL the items to be re-created because it looked nothing like the photos I uploaded, or the measurements were totally off.

Vorteile:

Neo is easy to use and delivers exceptional renders for all of my designs in a single tool. I love being able to incorporate my own style of retail products, textures and more.

Nachteile:

Foyr has helped define my business processes versus the other way around. I do find that the page crashes often since the latest version of Neo was released. I also would love to have the ability to align elements automatically.

The Ideal Design Software

Kommentare: I enjoy using Foyr Neo. It's definitely my fave CAD software

Ease of use, helpful, fast renders that are beautiful and help with my presentation to clients

Nachteile:

Taking snaps for renders is a little troublesome, the camera moves easily. It would have been great if there was a keyboard shortcut to level the camera automatically

My review of Foyr

Kommentare: Works well for what I need it to do most times.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Coming from other 3D programs it was very easy to switch over

Nachteile:

Building objects isn’t very user friendly and more often than not the faces aren’t connected when texturing

Game changer ! Transformed my business

Kommentare: Excellent, great customer service. Also was struggling w custom cabinetry and such but was able to get a tutorial quickly from the company.

Vorteile:

I love the ease of using- it took a bit of time but I have never used cad in my work. Im an ekder in the industry. The updated version us also so much easier!!! i started at beginning of pandemic- I had a client that i had engaged and learned it while designing- was great to be able to see my designs in 3d and be able to change quickly . And wowed the client! Many clients can’t visualize so it is a great tool!!! A game changer! Now i can export my 2d plans

Nachteile:

We always would like it to be less $ but It pays for itself.

Foyr Review

Kommentare: Overall, Foyr has been a game changer for our business. For a designer who isn't super tech savy it is the perfect fit. They are always making improvements in the software, and the customer service has been a pleasure to work with.

Vorteile:

The ease of making 3D renders as an interior designer is critical. Foyr is easy to use, quick and the customer service is top notch.

Nachteile:

The functions of elevations are very hard to use and needs some improvement. The ruler tool doesn't always work properly.

3D -renders

Kommentare: Interior design especially if main space planning / remodeling is involved the Foyr Neo program is a greatway to help your client Invision how their new space will look before they commit to a specific design.

Vorteile:

Learning to use Foyr Neo wasn't too hard.What I love about it is that you are able to transform your design image to 3D which helps meshow my clients what I'm thinking, while at the same time avoid costly mistakes.

Nachteile:

I don't like when you are applying flooring like wood or tile that you have to figure outwhat measurement need to be adjusted so they are in scale.

Foyr has helped develop my growing business

Kommentare: It has been fantastic. The help is excellent, and I really do believe it has helped my business grow.

Vorteile:

I used to offer 3D renderings as an option, but because of the ease and quickness of drawings I have made it a part of my design package. The visualization for my clients helps them make selections quickly and efficiently.

Nachteile:

Sometimes I find the preview window too small to really see issues that come up when rendering. May be a larger image with the words "PROOF" across it so I can troubleshoot better without spending money on renders.

Good product to design 3D

Kommentare: Foyr is good software, easy to use. And we are satisfied

Foyr is easy to use & accessible. The 3D work is good and the renders obtained are worth it.

Nachteile:

The crashing of file is the only thing which needs to be look into, other than that nothing as such

Easy, Affordable, Quick

Kommentare: My overall experience has been great. I have seen Four grow from its first stages and continue to add new features while remaining easy to use and affordable.

Vorteile:

I love how fast it is. You can typically get a project done in no time and with the large catalog of already made products it makes things so much easier to blend into your projects.

Nachteile:

I wish we could build multiple levels in Foyr. I have found my own way around it but it would be mice to have higher elevations.

Best value for ease of use! No brainer!

Vorteile:

Customer service is bar none. Someone is always available to answer your questions.

Nachteile:

Library of products finishes is sometimes somewhat limited.

Cancelled Subscription Before Renewal But Still Charged

Kommentare: Horrible scam for refunds, especially when cancelling before renewal. Once they take your money they don't want to give it back, even after cancelling.

Vorteile:

It was an online software that is what I needed.

Nachteile:

Limited options for room decorations, not disability friendly, Inaccessible tools from keyboard, limited options for design, and too many features were fixed to grid points and didn't allow flexibility for placement, also many fixed viewpoints that didn't allow for a 3D view of various points within rooms.

They only want your money

Kommentare: Not happy.
I wouldn’t recommend to my peers.

Vorteile:

It is moderately easy to use however the company only wants your money. Their online help was what kept me for over a year otherwise it’s not worth it.

Nachteile:

You pay for a full year of renderings $600 and you have credits to use. But if you don’t use it, after a year they take it all away and you have to buy again. You can’t even edit any previous design. If you pay for credits, those should be yours to use.

Critical for by business

Vorteile:

I love the ease of use and the quality of the renderings. It provides the wow factor to show my clients my vision.

Nachteile:

It is difficult to replicate homes with unique architectural features or multiple levels.

Sometimes I feel like the 3D views slip away from me while working. Find myself re-centering a lot, but it could be user error

Excellent - especially if you're an educated designer who knows CAD and SketchUp

Kommentare: Excellent! This is a great software and they are seriously going places! I'm glad to get in now as more and more develops.

Vorteile:

Extremely easy to use and the materials and design elements library is first rate! In school I learned CAD, Revit, and Sketchup so Foyr was a super smooth switch over and I sooo appreciated how nicely it looks even in 2D. Rendering happens in minutes! Less than 5! Any glitches are quickly addressed by the amazing 24-7 staff members. The software works on any level computer with decent wifi - no more downloads!

Nachteile:

There are a few glitches that come up here and there but never anything major. They are always improving Foyr and working with them has been an excellent experience.

Bad mobile option and customer service after purchase was non existent to the point of cancelation

Kommentare: the software at the time June 2021 failed to deliver as marketed, specifically on a mobile device. The lack of customer service post purchase was non existent. I got so aggravated I canceled. To find out a year later that Foyr was going to auto renew my subscription at double the price. This meant they never canceled or refunded me the money after canceling in less than 24 hours the year prior. I would never recommend this company and investors should be weary.

Vorteile:

easy to learn, use and design with. Resource library is adequate.

Nachteile:

Failed when using mobile device. There are better cheaper options in Apple Apps store

Not for everyone

Vorteile:

Though I cancelled my subscription as this software was not for me, their customer service department was very responsive and those that I interacted with were very nice.

Nachteile:

I saw a FB ad for this software and thought it would be a great addition to my small business and started the free trial. Unfortunately, the free trial is limited and I had to invest in the software to really try it out. For me it was cumbersome and awkward. I spent hours on the tutorials as well as set up "zoom" style sessions with customer support. The tutorials were too quick forcing me to have to have two separate devices open - one to watch so i could pause every 10th word and one to use. Though this worked, it was very frustrating. I cancelled my subscription

Complete scam- save your money

Kommentare: Customer service is nonexistent. Product is a scam. Do not recommend to anyone.

Vorteile:

Nothing. It doesn't perform the function for which I need it and the "free trial" is a billing scam.

Nachteile:

By their reps admission, it does not alliw design of exterior spaces. The "14 day free trial" turned into "no refunds" the minute they got my credit card.
