Kommentare: BrandMail has been amazing! It has elevated my professional brand, provided consistency and reliability to my brand appearance, and has made the process of email signature onboarding for new staff effortless.

Vorteile:

The BrandMail team is made up of absolute angels (especially [sensitive content hidden] )! The product that they've developed is nothing short of magical and I don't even use all of the features they have available (yet, anyway). It could not have been any easier for me to have my business email signature set up - the BrandMail team was there every step of the way to ensure a smooth integration! My email signature is consistent, on every single email, from every platform, regardless of what application is actually generating the email - it truly is magic! Onboarding new team members is a breeze and retains a consistent brand image for the business. Help is only a few keystrokes away, should I ever need to reach out. On a product that I use every day, several times a day, this is a no-brainer!

Nachteile:

Using the editing software is a bit tricky at first, but the BrandMail team is ready to help if ever needed.

Small Business that needed branding

Kommentare: My overall experience has been stellar from the [sensitive content hidden] of the company to everyone else. This company knows the meaning of what stellar customer service and customer experience is. It's rare that I will do a review but in this care, because of the care and the experience from BrandMail, I had to.

Vorteile:

What I like most is the people, specifically the [sensitive content hidden]. She's an amazing entrepreneur AND person. This product is the best all-in-one solution specific for email mail communication and branding. You can tell it was well thought out and that they put themselves in the shoes of the people that would be using the product. The features are many and can replace having many other products. I'm thrilled to have found this company because as a startup that needed to get out of the gate quickly with a stellar looking brand, they made it happen quickly. I recommend them to anyone, and I will!

Nachteile:

There is a little learning curve but nothing that prohibits being able to quickly use it.

No compatibility on Mac

Vorteile:

Looks professional. In terms of use on Windows in Firefox it works out well

Nachteile:

It doesn't work out with Microsoft Outlook on Mac

Great Product for eMail branding

Kommentare: I have found the company innovative; I enjoy the product and functionality.

Vorteile:

The branding is excellent. It allows for customization of your content. The marketing information generated is worthwhile. It is easy to use and easy to maintain.

Nachteile:

I find the cost of it prohibitive when compared to other products in the market.

Beautiful branding and great service

Kommentare: It has been relatively easy to teach my coworkers how to use BrandMail and they are using the templates frequently, which streamlines and provides consistent communication with our clients.

Vorteile:

Our company is very happy with the professional branding of our emails. It's definitely an upgrade in professionalism and marketing, and the shared templates have proved useful for multiple departments. We have a complex setup, with multiple offices internationally and BrandMail is able to accommodate easily. [sensitive content hidden] has been especially devoted and helpful in getting us up and running and happily making all the tweaks requested by upper management. [sensitive content hidden] has been an excellent technical resource, walking me through installation challenges and other hiccups.

Nachteile:

I would love to see BrandMail offer the ability to copy templates between toolbars/companies. This would make my job as an admin a little bit easier. We did have some technical IT challenges with BrandMail installation, but these were likely due to specific parameters of our server and remote setup.

Brandmail signature

Kommentare: It was easy to move transition from our exiting platform. The ease of use to access reports and make changes to signatures.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. The ability to customize signatures by Department. The stats you are able to generate. Being able to schedule banners.

Nachteile:

The software cost for an educational institution

Step Change Efficiency, Consistency and No more errors!!!!

Kommentare: The experience has been fantastic - easy to implement, easy to upload and update, great support with helpful videos personalised to my business and easily accessible on the toolbars, and intuitive to use leveraging the Microsoft way

Vorteile:

Re-using content used to be a big challenge because 1) personal data would be incorrectly left in 2) it would be pasted into different documents with different styles and would look yuck 3) My teams didn't know where to find great examples I'd created because it was buried somewhere in a client's folder 4) context wasn't adjustable (single vs married, children vs not) With Brand Mail, I can enter the client's name and it's re-used everywhere, the templates are so easy to create that I"ve made context specific templates, and the styles are locked in and transportable. This makes it highly efficient, saves me time and embarrasment and I trust that it's acurate. And each time I find a new way of doing things, I can just upload and everything's easily available to everyone. So, in the end, it removes the dependency on me, and the result is that it's like i've cloned myself to more people. It was super easy to install and integrate into our existing life because we're Microsoft Office dependent(I am the tech department!), and the customer support has been phenomenal - with the Brand Quantam team building us little help videos that we can access from our toolbar. I use it every day now, and am so excited to build it out to every area of our business.

Nachteile:

I haven't yet come across any downsides..

BrandMail Has significantly increased our Brand and brought down time to change signatures.

Kommentare: BrandMail has assisted us with exactly they were offering during our onboarding period. It has greatly increased our productivity on other items while not having to spend the time to run around and manually update users email signatures.
Overall i would recommend brandmail to any company that would like consistency and reduction in time of manually setting up email signatures.

Vorteile:

The amount of time that it takes to change an email signature along with being able to sync it through to multiple devices. Brandmail has also assisted us in achieving consistency throughout all mail leaving our organization. Customer service has been amazing since being onboarded early 2022

Nachteile:

I cannot confirm on any specific dislikes from my part and have not received any complaints from my team since being onboarded.

The only company you need

Vorteile:

The BrandMail team is incredibly responsive and works diligently to address any and all concerns. They listened to my needs and made recommendations based on my unique circumstances. Their insights and knowledge was priceless, helping to guide me through the process and make decisions I didn't feel qualified to make on my own. We had some issues due to my email client and they went out of their way to find a solution.

Nachteile:

There is literally nothing to dislike! In my opinion there are no downsides to working with BrandMail.

Email Branding solved!

Vorteile:

We had email branding challenges for a long time, having tried multiple products over the years we were finally introduced to the BrandMail team. My organizations email branding issues are a thing of the past. The product is easy to deploy and use and does everything it promises to do. Having multiple mailboxes for different companies has always been a branding issue, BrandMail has solved this for me as well. The ability to have a central location for all our templates and client facing documentation has made our organization more efficient and helps to ensure we met our compliancy obligations by always having access to the latest documents. The ability for an organization to always ensure they are using their latest documentation is going to become more important with the imminent implementation of the POPI Act. The BrandMail team are a pleasure to deal with on all levels. From design, to support and administration they have always been prompt and efficient. The team listens to feedback and suggestions. I have seen one of our feature requests implemented in the product in short time.

Nachteile:

There is nothing within the product that I dislike.

Brandmail is The Best

Kommentare: Brandmail is very good. Everyone loves it, even the Exchange Server Administrator!

Vorteile:

Very good support from [sensitive content hidden] and her team, both pre and post sales support is awesome. [sensitive content hidden] can jump in there and help with feature additions. Even from South Africa, there is very support, they are very good about supporting business users in other timezones, even when there is a 12+ hour difference. The brandmail outlook plugin works great. It works great on everything from self hosted/on-premise exchange to Office365. It's very easy to roll out. There are no changes required of your Exchange Server, you only need to install an add-in into Outlook.

Nachteile:

MFA is terrible. Very annoying. Everyone hates it. Setting up Admin users. Everyone hates that too.

Unparalleled Customer Service with a MUST HAVE PRODUCT!

Kommentare: Open your dictionary and find Customer Service, there you will find BrandQuantum. I can only speak no less than volumes to the level and degree of customer service BrandQuantum provides. They are unmatched to any experience I’ve had before. They are killing the game, I mean the ratings speak for themself. To put it into perspective, I am a startup who has only begun to dabble with Microsoft’s interfaces, they take the techwork and guesswork right out of it which is exactly what I needed. But hold on, it doesn’t stop here, the customer service isn’t the only golden goose here. Let’s talk about the product itself, I was pulling my hair out trying to format some funky signature that would appear at least somewhat consistent across different platforms and let’s face it, the only way you get that is by sacrificing quality, branding, and identity. What they provide not only rectifies that but offers so many unique branding capabilities. For all you start-ups, BrandQuantum is a no brainer must have, hands down. I told Paula as a start-up, we don’t have a lot to offer but the least we can do is provide clean, clear and consistent communication. Simon and Paula, y’all saved my hair, thank you so much!

BrandMail for the win!

Vorteile:

My involvement on the backend of BrandMail has intensified fairly recently and I'm just blown away by the software's capabilities. It's also great that if you can work closely with the BrandQuantum team to solve for some bespoke requirements - the customer service is outstanding in this regard. I don't believe that we are using all capabilities yet and look forward to exploring them more to simplify processes for our staff even further.

Nachteile:

I have had a very steep learning curve over the last few months when it comes to BrandMail's capabilities and am blown away by everything I'm being taught. It's hard to fault something that you never knew existed, or realised that you actually needed it - but didn't know you had the need in the first place.

Maintaining a Professional Brand directly from your E-Mail Client

Vorteile:

The direct integration within Outlook allows the whole Business Unit to send excellent looking email that presents the Company brand in a professional manner. Long gone are the days when each user had to set their own signature within Outlook, having to edit HTML files and burdening the Helpdesk with instructions. As the signature is dynamic, it attracts attention from the receiver.

Nachteile:

Initial Sync is extremely long due to the size of the library of files that needs to be downloaded. During the sync the Outlook is unusable, initial sync should be able to be performed in the background.

Fantastic product and support!!

Kommentare: BrandMail has provided us with an easy and scalable solution to manage our email signatures and templates. It also provides consistent, professional branding across the organization and we love the event and site advertisements we have included with our banners.

Vorteile:

Hard to beat!

Vorteile:

BrandMail is super easy to use with lots of useful help guides should you need them. It works seamlessly with outlook 365. But what I love best about the software is the support team. They respond quickly and nothing is ever too much trouble - fab!

Nachteile:

Genuinely I cannot think of any cons with the software. It is helping our business to deliver a clear message through consistent and confident branding and which doesn't cost the earth. We love it!

BrandMail - Best for the Best

Kommentare: I have been very impressed with the can do attitude from BrandQuantum from our first encounter. There after we have just been blown away by positive and ground-breaking ideas/technology. BrandMail has been an absolute delight to role out as it works seamless. If your company offers BrandQuantum the opportunity you won’t be disappointed, I rate BrandMail as one of the easiest yet professional software deployments that I have done in my career.
