Kommentare: My overall experience with Noteable is extremely positive. We finally found a software that we are happy with and that is moving in the positive direction to being a complete system that meets all our needs.
Vorteile:
Noteables customer service is far and away the best I've experienced and is by far what I like best. They have taken countless hours to help us through issues and are always available to assist with any questions we have.
Nachteile:
Noteable is fairly new and is still working out some of the kinks but they are open to our suggestions and will often apply those to the system as they perform updates.

Review of Noteable functionality
Kommentare: Very good experience. I can usually figure out something I do not know by looking around (or actually looking at the instructions!) because of the simplicity (but high functionality) of the system. Also, my representative ([sensitive content hidden]) is very easy to reach, to schedule appointments with, and very knowledgeable about the system so he answers questions quickly and follows up in a timely fashion. Very pleased to get to work with him.
Vorteile:
The simplicity and straightforwardness of the forms. Also, minimal navigating to get to a client file which is the main use of the system - ease of access is built into the program.
Nachteile:
The one issue I would like to see changed is that there is no ability to move back to other notes/sessions when I have a current form open. I have to open another tab and log into Noteable a second, third, and fourth time each time I want to review a past session with a current or other past session note page open. I would like to navigate between current and past sessions under one tab.

Partnership and ease of use are always at the core of what we do. As for the multiple note view, from the client chart or the report finder area you'll be able to bundle notes and scroll through several sessions in one window rather than having to have all the tabs open to accomplish this task. [sensitive content hidden] has been great with the hands on communication to build a site that we could fully utilize. I am able to track clients and staff in one place from anywhere.
Nachteile:
I feel like there are some updates that that would make Noteable a one stop shop. An online video feature would help my clinical team communicate with clients. This feature would also help help with staff as well where we could communicate for meetings and supervision. A notification feature would be great where the staff had an email or text feature that notified them when an administrator wants it to.

Noteable is so user friendly and helps to remove the whoas of paper client files, it ensures that your records are organized, compliant with HIPPA and meets all regulatory requirements. What I liked most about Noteable as a worker was my ability to access and retrieve information and not spend most of my time trying to learn how to operate the system. As a business owner, I can have templates done promptly and efficiently. I can send out a request at midnight, and later that morning, I will receive a response to my email with the request completed or with questions to ensure that it is done correctly.
Nachteile:
If I was to have a compliant, it would be office hours. However, this is not an inconvience as they communicate with you in different forms, but the best is translated via email and they respond immediately. Once they receive your request, they will work past operational time to ensure that it is completed to your satisfaction.

I wish when merging the original documents were maintained as well as the newer documents. It appears that when you alter any documents within one chart, it takes effect in the other chart as well.

Shared reports take the completed report from one program and shares it with all other programs that have the same template. The report is not a copy, but the original being displayed on the other match/merge charts where the template is shared. We can actually turn this feature off if you'd prefer and easily unshare any report template making them program-specific. Amazing experience using Noteable

[sensitive content hidden] deserves a raise for the work, time, and effort he puts into the providers on his team to ensure they are not only happy with their site but also understands how to work through each page of it. I've personally seen him go above and beyond for each provider I've worked with, and the treatment was no different for my agency.

I've used Noteable for a several years when working for other private providers in the Mental Health field and also for my own company. [sensitive content hidden] , has been amazing and a blessing to have in my corner. He was the contact with Noteable for the other companies I worked for, and I reached out to him immediately when wanting to start my own agency. He is very knowledgeable of the system and will walk you through the steps and send videos to assist with you navigating your site. It is always a pleasure to speak with him and get support as needed. He is also very quick to respond to emails and will work in a timely manner for any changes or updates needed to your site. I also love the lowered rates for new providers to assist them with getting started with their business. You are always able to get help from tech support which is amazing.
Nachteile:
It's nothing that I dislike about noteable. I've ran into a couple system errors like any other system, but Noteable will attend to them immediately and will email you to let you know they are on top of correcting any errors.

I love the customer support. [sensitive content hidden] and his team are amazing! I also love that some documents can be shared across programs making it easier to move consumers along as we transition them from one program to the next. I like that we can modify and update our own documents too.
Nachteile:
Sometimes we get error messages when attempting to log in saying we don't have permissions for certain things when we haven't made any changes to the permissions on the staff side. I have also encountered errors when a change has been made to a form and staff who normally would have access to it, are unable to access it.

Easy to use!
Vorteile:
1. Easy to track a client in the EHR when 2 ppl are assigned to the same client. 2. Ease of use. 3. Navigating is perfect!
Nachteile:
1. Not being able to pull a report on our pay (or how they compute or pay based on work submissions in noteable.) 2. I do not like the word count..for example in completing the progress note section...there is a word count of 1300 for Interventions and 1000 for response....EKKKK! 3. Does not have a visable spell check button-or am i missing it?

Regarding the report for your pay, while Noteable houses your hours and compensation for mileage, training, etc., we do not host hourly rates in our system. All that would have to be through your payroll software. For the word count, while Noteable can restrict the word count in reports, the actual limit itself is set by your administration team. If you and your team need help editing that in Noteable, you can reach out to your partner advocate; they would be more than happy to assist. We do not have an integrated spell check in Noteable, but it should allow your browser's default spell check to work. Vorteile:
The features that are most impactful is the ability to design your site to your liking and making it effect for your company. [sensitive content hidden] and the whole Noteable team made the set up and implementation process very easy and understandable. The billing, payroll, report finder, and for review features are all used on a daily basis. The product is very easy to use once you're in and become accustom to the set up. The integration process with our company was easy especially once we had a group training.
Nachteile:
There are no aspects of the product that are difficult to use. The integration process was smooth once all employees became accustomed to the layout of the site. The only thing I would change is allowing due date stops for all documentation and not just quarterly reports. Also being able to have the ability to see monthly due date reports for all clients in one area.

Technology for the NonTech Savvy
Kommentare: Initially, notable was just another terrible ABA software that was hard to understand. However, once I began to use it every single day I learn how easy and user-friendly it is and how time saving it can be when you can get what you need done and get out without limited issues.

I love how do use a friendly notable is in the whole customizable. It is to your needs in this field with things changing every day and dealing with insurance companies with multiple request and varying needs It’s nice to find a platform that completes them all that is also super user friendly and customizable.

Great team and value

Vorteile:
Support is exceptional. Value for the price is very good. Features are less than the larger competitors, but they are always developing. Excellent choice for small / midsize practices.
Nachteile:
Features and functionality are fewer, making for a less comprehensive practice management platform. That was actually one our reasons for choosing Noteable when starting up - ease of use, uncluttered system.

Kommentare: Our agency has used noteable and an electronic medical record system for the last three years with minimal issues. We are pleased with the product. Regarding our updated features, we now offer a telehealth option that allows you to host client sessions, capture signatures, and even perform supervised sessions, all while remaining HIPPA compliant! It also allows you to host staff meetings with up to 200 participants. On the billing side of things, we do have the option to generate 837 files and perform manual remittances. We have also had a few updates to our invoices area in the past year or so. We wish that Noteable had system for clients to only have to enter their signature once and then click "accept" for other signature fields. We also wish Noteable offer the option to email/text a link to parents to review and sign documents without an additional charge.

Nachteile:
There are a few functionalities that would be great to add. Firstly, it would be a complete solution if you could simultaneously manage HR files. Of course the goal card issue with populating the initial SRA's. It could also use more flexibility with its fax capabilities. I would add that those things are not failures of Noteable, but they represent our wish list.

It's just easy to use and needs little to no training at the user level! You can do your own creation of documents or Noteable will still help you along the way!
