We bought this to have a dashboard of our analytics across multiple social media channels. Easier to see everything in the same place.
Nachteile:
The UI feels a little clunky, but the UX is fine. I would hope to see a design refresh by now as this doesn't feel as modern as other similar solutions.

I would recommend Metricool to anyone who needs a social posting platform. This beats Later!
Kommentare: I have loved Metricool from the beginning and will keep using it until something comes along that blows it out of the water. But I don't see that happening. For the price point, especially, nothing else can compete. Signing up for Later cost me like $75/month for all my brand accounts and wouldn't let me easily cross-post. I signed up for metricool at $18/month and haven't looked back!

My favorite aspects of metricool are the price, the number of accounts you can post to, easily cross-posting, easily editing cross-posted posts, the preview function, and the easy scheduling functions. And the analytics are AMAZING! I'm getting more into using the competitor analysis tool too!
Nachteile:
The ONLY complaint I had about Metricool was that you could not post the first comment on Instagram, and BAM! They just fixed that this week. Now I have ZERO cons about the product!

Metricool is intituive and simple to use. and pricing is okay.
Nachteile:
unfortunetaly, metricool does'nt hold its promise. Only standard post are supported. caroussel, stories, reel or any video format are not supported at this point. this is a deal breaker. plus customer support doesn't reimburse if you are not happy with the product. deal breaker too.

Regarding the product objection about Instagram formats, I would like to comment that you can publish posts in the feed and carousels automatically. Stories and reels can be scheduled and published via push notification. This restriction is due to Instagram's API, which does not yet allow authorized tools to publish this type of content directly. We are an authorized tool so we do not put our customers at risk by including features that violate the terms of use of the social network itself. As soon as Instagram opens this option for developers we will include it.
The TOP tool for your social media
Kommentare: The overall experience is remarkably positive. I recommend using the tool to work on the interface itself. However, it is not highly recommended for reporting with other external tools.

The cost may be high but it is good value for money. Data Studio connectors fail on some metrics.

The best way to analice your metrics

This is probably the best platform that help you on your social media strategies, it helps showing you the best schedule to make posts and shows you your metrics everyday so yo can adjust your marketing strategies well
Nachteile:
Probably the unique bad part is that this platform is completely free just for one brand of social networks, but if you have or administrate more than one brand you have to pay and sometimes could be expensive

I love how I can see the account summary of all my business social media in one place. It is amazing to be able to compare the impressions of your different socials in one graph and be able schedule your posts on all your added social media ahead of time...even months ahead!

I like it BUT useless for PINTEREST bulk scheduling
Kommentare: I mainly signed up for Metricool to bulk create Pinterest pins. The Autolists drew me in. However, it is NOT possible to add a link to Pinterest Pins in Autolists which basically makes it useless. This needs to be worked on ASAP.

Je me sers de la version gratuite, surtout pour les stats des réseaux sociaux. Nous n'avons pas beaucoup de réseaux sociaux à gérer dans l'entreprise, la version gratuite me convient pour l'instant parfaitement. Le design est simple et efficace, c'est ce qu'on attend d'un logiciel comme cela.
Nachteile:
Les stats pour les vidéos et réels ne sont pas très développées je trouve.

Metricool, herramienta de planecion de publicaciones
Kommentare: Es una excelente herramienta de planeación de contenido. Los horarios óptimos permiten generar contenido con mayor alcance.
Vorteile:
Te brinda cuando tienes mas de 100 seguidores los mejores horarios y días para publicar. Tiene una sección en donde puedes revisar el comportamiento de tus competidores y así obtener info sobre el mejor contenido y formato.
Nachteile:
La planeacion de campañas de paga en las diferentes plataformas es muy básico. No contiene la segmentación detallada que generalmente se puede hacer en las ads de cada plataforma.

Gestión de redes eficaz y sencilla
Kommentare: Uso Metricool para subir rápidamente a las redes sociales el contenido que se crea y aunque no es todo lo que desearía, está bastante bien para el precio que tiene.
Vorteile:
Me permite tener en un lugar todas las redes sociales para publicar más rápido el contenido, ya que aun sin gestionar las redes sociales, solamente subiendo el contenido, se tarda bastante entre el tiempo de carga de cada uno, y configurar cada publicación.
Nachteile:
Las integraciones no permiten publicar de una vez en todas las redes sociales adaptando a cada red social el contenido, así que primero debes adaptarlo tú y luego publicarlo desde Metricool, la verdad es que ahorraría mucho tiempo si pudiera hacerlo de una vez.

Llevo utilizando Metricool durante aproximadamente siete meses, y puedo afirmar que ha facilitado mi vida. Ya no paso horas cada día publicando en redes sociales, porque puedo programar y publicar automáticamente mi contenido.También he descubierto que puedo crear un contenido de mejor calidad, ya que puedo invertir más tiempo en planificar y diseñar estrategias.Lo que más me encanta es la posibilidad de programar el contenido de todas mis redes sociales (o al menos las más importantes), y tener la seguridad de que todo se publicará en el momento perfecto y según lo planeado.
Nachteile:
En relación a Instagram, para lo que principalmente uso Metricool, lamento la falta de opción para elegir música y stickers, lo cual limita la creatividad y las posibilidades de viralización. Por otro lado, la exclusión de LinkedIn en el paquete gratuito y la falta de claridad en los momentos óptimos de publicación son aspectos que podrían mejorarse. Aunque valoro las métricas disponibles, como las de Reels e Historias en Instagram, siento que aún hay margen de mejora en su profundidad y utilidad.

La posibilidad de programar publicaciones en diferentes plataformas, realizar un seguimiento de los seguidores y estadísticas de las cuentas, analizar la interacción con los usuarios y el perfil de los competidores.

Lo que menos me ha gustado es que no se puede hacer dos publicaciones diarias, ya que el máximo son 50 al mes

Kommentare: En general de lasmejores herramientas teniendo en cuenta que es gratuita, aunque si quieres pagar tendrás más opciones pero casi son indistinguibles para un usuario medio.Yo la recomendaría.

Metricool for benchmarking

I love the competitor's analysis and that I can spy on my competitors and see the most engaging posts. Also, I like a lot the dashboards to see the performance of my brand.

I didn't like that I couldn't connect my TikTok account and would like to have best practice examples for social media or content ideas.

A very good companion if you're also using Canva
Vorteile:
The integration between Canva and Metricool is the best feature in my opinion. Also, the feature where I can see right in the schedule when my audience will be online the most is awesome.
Nachteile:
It's not a big thing, but the UI is not modern. It looks like software from 10 years ago, but it does the job well.

Metricool saves lots of times looking for social media analytics
Kommentare: The experience is good, but you definitely need a paid account if you want to look at trends and have a better picture of how your social media performance improves over time.
Vorteile:
Metricool can connect to the most popular social media apps - including twitter and instagram. It makes it easy to see relevant analytics in a single dashboard, and comes with export capabilities if you need to keep historical data for a free account.
Nachteile:
The tool is expensive and there has not been many feature updates for the last 6 months or so. If your team is into trends and long term analysis, the free version does not cut it.
