Was ist Blip?

Aktualisiere dein Zeiterfassungssystem mit Blip, einer kostenlosen mobilen App für BrightHR-Kunden. Mit Blip kannst du jederzeit und von überall aus überprüfen, wann deine Mitarbeiter arbeiten.

Es gibt keine altmodischen Stempelkarten, die du irgendwo in einem Aktenschrank vergessen wirst. Nur eine App, die die Arbeitsstunden deines Teams erfasst und aufzeichnet.

Mit Blip können sich Mitarbeiter entweder mit einem QR-Code (Quick response) einstempeln oder mit der neu veröffentlichten Geolocation-Funktion, die den Standort deiner Mitarbeiter identifiziert und sie ans Ein- oder Ausstempeln erinnert.

Amazing app for workplaces

Kommentare: We are going to move away from this App. Can't track billable hours, lunch breaks or rest breaks with any accuracy

Vorteile:

Its on an app. That's about all that is nice

Nachteile:

Inconsistent log in, doesn't connect properly. Lots of missed log in and log out.Payroll is constantly chasing people for 'corrections'BLIP doesn't give a 'real' time experience - users can be out the door and on their way home before the geo fence finds them. No tracking of actual activity - users can log on and off as they please with no physical activity of being on the job.

Tracking staff hours and safeguarding staff location

Nachteile:

Staff forget to log in and out or stay logged in for days they firget when on a break to lig breaks and lunch

Powerful software! It will streamline everything on the HR if you give it a bit of time and attention to get it set up!

Nachteile:

The reports take a bit of time to get setup and struggled to get the settings right for the report I wanted!

Easy to use. Logging into the platform meant you can see everyone.

Nachteile:

integrates with everything else. This allowed employees to log into Blip and also see all other information and details.

Having to enter the same information in desktop bright HR and bright app - does not sync Major admin cost and waste of time considering the Whole system is $5000 a year No Training by sales staf to the very large limitations to this ( Blip) Does not log staff out of work area so they are left logged in 24hrs /7 days week Rosters do not allow logging staff into different work places - THEY HAVE TO GUEES WHERE THEY ARE WORKING Cannot attatch Risk assessments that have to be completed in worklplaces in australia wether it is an office or construction site. Major risk of litigation as you cannnot control compliance and have to once again manually check every staff memeber has completed site tasks - no notifications in app or software as was sold to me that this will ease my burdens and help compliance across the company -

Kommentare: Frustration and unreliable. A lot of issues with people not being able to sign in, clock in and out, sometimes it doesn't log that someone has clocked in, geo fence seems to work better but again can be a bit temper mental. The majority of users have to use the geo fence as they are unable to clock in the other way.

Vorteile:

We use this to monitor people clocking in and out of our showrooms. It is easy to generate a report on Bright HR, we have never had an issue with this.

Nachteile:

Its unreliable. Is there a way of getting customer support with people having issues with clocking in? When employee's approach us with an issue we can only solve basic things. Other things we are unable to solve, for example please see below: “Cannot clock in or out – Please contact your administrator to create a location or enable flexible clocking” Please can you assist with this? Are you able to give us some problem solving examples that may help us?

Good Program

The program itself is pretty easy to understand

Kommentare: Blip has been easy to set up and run reports from, we don't use all the features as of yet as run a separate payroll system.

Vorteile:

QR codes for logging in and work remove the need for physical machines and give flexibility to off site working. Geo fencing works well.

Nachteile:

Automatic clocking in and out of premises through Geo fencing would be handy for staff forgetting. Approving overtime through app could have an instant feature

Kommentare: Our overall experience with Blip is that it is an extremely good feature when it works but can get frustrating for staff when it doesn't

When the app works it is very convenient and extremely useful. The feature is good that enables us to log the staffs time in if they forget to log in themselves.

Sometimes the feature does not work and therefore becomes very frustrating and time consuming .

Kommentare: Blip has been very beneficial, I like how the software is regulalrly updated and improved.

Vorteile:

Easy to use and keep track of. Managers can manage their staff through it.

Nachteile:

I think it would be useful if staff were automatically clocked out when they left the area otherwise they remain clocked in when not in the building.

Vorteile:

The ease of the app is great. It is also helpful that you can add more than one location to each member of staff.

Nachteile:

It seems quite easy for staff to forget to clock out, as soon as they forget the app is no good. It would be helpful if it did this automatically for them when they leave the Geolocation.
