Vorteile:

Their UI and ease of use. Instructions were given at every step and within 5 minutes I had my integration set up and my data extracted. The fact that I can schedule auto exports was essential and It was done very easily.

Nachteile:

It would have been ideal to have Apple Search Ads ready to go out of the box but the team still accommodated our needs by working on integrating it.

How Coupler.io Solved a prolonging problem for a mass manufacturing Industry

It was very seamless in bringing data from our CRM to HubSpot and updating the same data on a day to day basis.

Nothing that i can think of. Everything seemed good and easy to set up.

Fantastic integrations with HubSpot

Vorteile:

I use Coupler's HubSpot integration to keep a live source of data and it works perfectly. Having over 50000 contact's information synced within 30 minutes is fantastic, and allowed us to easily transfer our reports. Coupler support has also been fantastic, helping us develop a solution to fit our needs. Would recommend to anyone who needs all their HubSpot information exported to Excel.

Nachteile:

The biggest con with Coupler is it uses Hubspots internal labels, which may not be intuitive for some. However, this is likely a restriction with HubSpots API

Much accurate and up to date than Ads Manager

Vorteile:

The efficiency of the tool and that once you make the configuration all happens transparent.

Nachteile:

Maybe will be useful to change the name of the fields

Coupler is great for integrating data

Vorteile:

We were able to use Coupler to integrate our database with google sheets so that we could check for errors during our scheduling process. The sync is seemless, and it is a great help to our organization.

Nachteile:

We only use Coupler a few months out of the year, so the process of restarting our account and getting our non profit discount can be a bit tedious.

Easy to set up, never breaks!

Vorteile:

Coupler.io is super easy to set up and integrate with airtable and google sheets. It never breaks or causes any issues as long as I don't change my columns. I can count on it to always work for any live data sync.

Nachteile:

It's a bit pricey for a large org to use. It doesn't have google sheets to airtable sync, only 1 way. Hopefully that's a new feature

Great tool to connect Airtable to Looker Studio

Kommentare: We're on a low code Stack using Airtable as a database and Make as our backend tool. I needed to connect Airtable to Looker Studio to build a client Dashboard. What a pain to do it on Make. The scenario was burning so much operations and encoutered a lot of errors due to overcall to the webhook endpoint. Coupler was the solution for that use case. Make it so simple to connect to Airtable!

Vorteile:

That's a great tool to connect to analytics app like Looker. Setup is easy and pricing is decent. Great alternative to Make for certain use case.

Nachteile:

Not a lot of endpoints sources, make the number of use case limited at the moment.

Perfect for combining multiple Google Sheets

Nachteile:

I haven't found any to this point. We are using it for a specific purpose and it has performed great in that role.

Great automation tool

Kommentare: Consolidating data from 60 something QuickBooks entities into a report without having to click through each one manually and copy over the numbers.

Vorteile:

The product was very user friendly. It helped reduce the amount of data entry for daily and monthly reports we produce in our business. Their customer service team is responsive and helpful as well.

Nachteile:

The biggest frustration I've had is that there is no way to edit multiple importers at once. I have almost 60 importers that do the exact same thing, but if I ever want to change a setting I have to go through all of them individually. It would be nice to have direct integrations with online banking as well. Occasionally some connections need to be reconnected but it's not that often. Sometimes my scheduled imports are 30 or more minutes late as well.

The only solution to sync airtable and google sheet

It is quite easy to set-up if you are the only data person in the team and looking for a lean solution as going directly into data warehousing and build tools could be an overkill sometimes if you are starting out with data reporting from scratch and also it has some easy integration options with limited data transformation functionalities and integration available for almost all the popularly used tools.

Nachteile:

Data transformation options are limited but it is also not a build tool

Great Tool to Import into Google Sheets

Kommentare: I was looking for a tool to import a recurring report URL from a CRM with donation information into Google Sheets that our board and international key partner could view but not edit details while maintaining donor confidentiality. Coupler.io allowed me to do it easily AND automate! Coupler.io has increased my efficiencies and made the process seamless.

Vorteile:

I didn’t need massive IT knowledge to make my connection happen to get what I needed. That the process can be scheduled to be automated is a HUGE HUGE pro!

Nachteile:

Figuring out the options took a lot of attempts to get to what I was trying to solve so that I wasn’t duplicate info at import.

Great for more sophisticated Xero reporting

Kommentare: Coupler has saved us money on needing to upgrade to more premium accounting software, as we can get now the reporting we need directly into Google Sheets

Coupler has really aided us with our Xero reporting. We can now produce monthly consolidated reporting and reporting by business area in Google Sheets with a click of one button. We have also used it to export hibob reports directly into Google Sheets for quicker headcount analysis. [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful in setting up our workflows.

Nachteile:

There was a learning curve in how to set up JSON-based data connectors (e.g. hibob) as a non-tech person.It would be very useful for it to link into Looker.

I have been using it for quickbooks online & they are still working on adding more reports. However, I have reached out to the coupler.io team and they are very responsive/have taken my feedback into consideration.

The price increase was disorganized and too high

Kommentare: I think the price increase was too high. I'm having problems because the rules of the plan I subscribed to reduced it to just 100 syncs a month. I had noticed that there were changes, but I just thought that you were going to remove the free option or reduce it. It wasn't clear to me that my plan would reduce several functions. The change was very big and they even had some automatic updates and as my limit is 100 I only realized later that I needed to do a manual synchronization and it was not possible.I really liked your platform A LOT and thought it was a very fair price. Currently, I am very dissatisfied with the changes and am looking for other cheaper or more cost-effective platform options.

Incredible Software

Kommentare: Overall, fantastic product -- but still plenty of room for improvement.

Vorteile:

Love the ability to pull in data from multiple sources and auto-update. I use this for a few different things, but main use case is a P&L-like realtime dashboard

Nachteile:

The format in which data is exported to sheets is not customizable, so just just you a heap of random data. Have to functions to sort the data in a better way.

Amazing data integration and analytics platform

Kommentare: I was finally able to sync data from three different apps into one place and analyze it properly. The best thing is that the reports I created based are updated automatically by Coupler.io. Overall, I save a huge deal of time on reporting and data analytics with this tool.
