The Best Team Viewer / AnyDesk Replacement
Kommentare: My experience has been great so far, i'm happy with the product for what i need it to.
Vorteile:
I needed a replacement for the free Team Viewer version that has been very limited lately, but i did not want to spend thousands on a monthly subscription, and i found Getscreenme which provides the same functionalities and even more, I cannot be more happy with the product.
Nachteile:
It is difficult to use at first because it is a little different than Team Viewer and AnyDesk and because you can send access to another person, that actually confused me, i thought i was sending an invitation that allowed me to connect to a client's computer, not the other way around. But after i read the guide, i understood

Works great for Windows but not so much Mac OSx
Vorteile:
Easy to deploy with no need to configure firewall
Nachteile:
It doesn't work on M1 Macs well. Will not wake from sleep and black screen only. Not very reliable on MacOSx at all. Windows works every time to Windows 10 box and Server.

Kommentare: Couldn't be happier. I've used GetScreen.me a LOT to assist family and friends configure things or fix things on their computers or run updates for them -- including most recently to fix a problem my wife was having with her laptop camera while travelling (which stopped working after a Windows update, surprise, surprise). The "permanent remote access" function has allowed me to access documents on my main computer when I'm out and about on my tablet.
Vorteile:
Straightforward to set up from my end and easy for the other party (who needs assistance) to allow the remote connection. Lots of helpful options when remote accessing. Intuitive and nice-looking layout of the various functions. Can choose to hear the other computer's audio or not. Permanent remote access allows me to connect all 4 of my computers and devices no matter where I am. Support responds quickly to questions -- and without "canned" answers. Online instructions and guidelines are well-written and easy to follow.
Nachteile:
So far, in the few months I've been using GetScreen.me I really haven't found anything I didn't like. I've been too busy thinking "at last, a remote access app that I can use without hassles!"
