A must in this everyday new reality

Sirena made it easy via Whatsapp, the most used and urgent channel for cummunication, available for anyone to make their inquiry and administrated by several users, it was water on the dessert.
We used to have several numbers of whatsapp available for our users, but each one administrated by one person, the demand was disaggregated and unmanageable.
Vorteile:
We where stacked with piles of clients shouting for attention, buyers that bought over several digital channels that weren´t happy at all with our service. At first i was reluctant about pricing.. but the value that adds make the equation as positive as it should get

Where is the support team?
Kommentare: No support after 20 days. No access available. Mobile and Web funcionality with erroresI can't even access with my all users. No comments...

The worst part: Searching contacts and Contacting Sirena's Support Team

It is very user-friendly, the executives that work for us at Tortooga are not always related or familiar with CRM o tech platforms. So this makes it easy for them and for us
Nachteile:
As my title says, the worst part is Searching contacts and Contacting Sirena's Support Team, sometimes I need to look for a specific contact and it won't find it by its number, but its name, which very frequently is changed by the prospect. Also, the Support Team has not been helpful, and your Support Bot just doesn't work.

Excellent WhatsApp integration

We are loving Sirenas integration with WhatsApp, since it offers a very fast channel directly to our costumers.
Nachteile:
The app still has a lot of room to improve metrics, and customize reports for users aiming to base the customer relationship in Sirena

Sirena helps with teams to comunicate with an unique and automatized channel, such as WhatsApp. The integration with severals tools allow to external software, but, the most like about the software is the possibility to use one WhatsApp number for all my team!

Easy to use, easy to setup, and is a great way to admin all our customer service comunications.

I think it needs to improve. For example the visualization for adm is more similar to whats.

The proceses to answer should be more simple. example ¡How can we overwrite a consultation over the chat?
Very good product
Kommentare: Support team is good and dedicated. Sales rep is excellent. We like the software and look forward to improvements. This is all very new.

Ease of use. Pretty straight forward. Easy to implement.
Nachteile:
Rotation rules can improve. Zoho integration too. Would like better integration with our crm rather than think of sirena as a crm. For us sirena is a communication tool to better assist customers but not a crm.

Good idea poor execution
Kommentare: Very poor. Looking to switch to alternative platform.
Vorteile:
The functionality of servicing customers with one central WhatsApp number and directing their orders to the most convenient location.
Nachteile:
Advertised CRM features were practically non existent. Down time at non acceptable levels. Extremely poor customer service.

Tremendous change, some features should be implemented
Kommentare: I am using it for the first month yet but things are working pretty well and I am really enjoying the better results.
Vorteile:
I really can expand the capability of the team where we can be helping clients at the same time. Before Sirena I was depending on Whatsapp Business and a phone son our attention to customers was pretty bad.
Nachteile:
Since you are having conversations with customers, sometimes de responses that customer do over a previous text are quite important. But Sirena does not support that, so you dont know what is the customers message reffering to, so you need to lose time asking what message is he reffering to. Pretty bad in that sense.
My Sirena overview
Kommentare: It is a great tool but still checking if it is functional for our segment. Because they are not salespeople who use it, but analysts of the accounts in our portfolio who use it to improve communication with our customers.
Vorteile:
The visual ease of monitoring the activity flow of the whole team. Conversation progress and response time.
Nachteile:
There are some things that can be improved, for example, being able to edit and delete data, without having to delete the created profile, because once a profile is created you cannot edit (delete data to insert another current one).

Kommentare: The software es helpful with WhatsApp contacts, but we couldn’t integrate messenger, we also couldn’t relate the credit card for paying and, after 2 weeks, we still couldn’t set up the bot. So, as a conclusion, de software is a good idea, but the barriers to start using it in e full way are pretty high

The problem wasn’t the software, but the services around it (paying, capacitation, etc.)
