Ideal for keeping focused and staying "on top" of everything
Kommentare: I have been using Leanmail for more than 12 years. Anyone who must process a significant volume of emails daily really needs to consider this tool to keep it all under control.
Vorteile:
Helps organize email in a fashion to optimize productivity.
Nachteile:
Doesn't work with Microsoft's latest version (because Microsoft's new "web based" version doesn't offer plug-in features the same as in the past.)

A great tool for organizing your email
Kommentare: Overall when sorting out a few kinks and figuring out how to use LeanMail so that it behaves like I want it, it is a great product and one I highly recommend.
Vorteile:
Very easy to use and getting into. LeanMail helps me to organize my emails and keeps my inbox clean. It has completely changed the way I use Outlook and keeps down my stress levels.
Nachteile:
If you use the same subject when you email several different customers, it will set the response emails with all categories. I would like the ability to remove certain columns like "mentions" for example, because it is not optimized for smal laptop screens.

at the moment nothing because i need to use it more intensive... i dont know yet all the functionality

Vorteile:
Possibility to create task in the future with a deadline in order to focus on the right things at the right time.
Nachteile:
It slows down outlook from time to time and experienced some crash. Regularly outlook is blocking the add-on. Seems to create issues with the search functionality of outlook from the inbox.
