Features and customizations that wisernotify offers is incomparable in the social proof domain

Vorteile:

I have tried every other social proof notification app on the market and none of them offer the level of customization that WiserNotify does. The customization tools are also incomparable and all these features are available at such a great price! I was able to make it work with our site, add in specific parameters and even filter out certain things that I don't want our customers to see. I highly recommend this app for any online business.

Nachteile:

Five stars for the team. No complaints about this amazing app.

The platform is stable and updated frequently. Devs offer a wide range of notifications templates which all are editable. All notifications are translatable which is a great asset for Multilanguage websites. -> Support is the best we experienced on digital tools we use. Tech teams is really proactive and go beyond simple support

Nachteile:

Wisernotifcation is the best social proof service but we would want it to be more and challenge lead gen tools such as Optinmonsters. They are working hard to reach this and this is really a true gem.

My sales have skyrocketed tremendously (5x increase between 2020 and 2021!) since I started using WiserNotify on my websites! Kommentare: We love this concept & tool. It is offering 100% customization into the notification. We are using it into our WordPress site. Just within 5 min, it started showing a notification. Also, Displaying detail reporting like notification performance & how visitor engages with it. Its most important thing for us.

Vorteile:

As being into creative space, We want to be creative into the notification design, so we ask custom notification design & they deliver it exactly as we want.

Nachteile:

We are early adopter, so had some issue but support & development team is awesome! Having a good number of templates design into social proof. Expecting more templates option into data collector too..

Fantastic Social Proof tool with outstanding support!

Vorteile:

For me, displaying the last 30 sales is the most important feature since it instills confidence in potential buyers and encourages faster conversions. Integration with my website and with my payment gateway was effortless. The support team was always at hand to assist.

Nachteile:

There is nothing in this product that was difficult to use. Integration with my website was a breeze. If at all, I would have liked to feature the last 50 or 100 sales instead of 30. Maybe I will put in a feature request with them.

A great tool to engage customers with social proof popups

I have to say that Wiser Notify is a great tool. We have been using it for a couple of months now and the results are showing. Our customer engagement has increased by 40% with this tool and what I like most about it is that it integrates with the most popular email platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc. The best part is that the customer won't close it as its not one of those annoying popups that customers hate. I highly recommend this!

Nachteile:

I wish they could build something with which users can interact and I can set multiple notifications which pop-ups based on user response.

I've been using wisernotify for more than a year now and I'm convinced that it is the best social proof tool out there. It integrates seamlessly with my eBay store and notifications get running in less than 5 minutes. They have an AB testing feature, using which i can test multiple notifications. Its one of the reason why I choose WiserNotify. They also have an amazing support team, they guided me at every step of the journey. Cheers to them!!! They did an amazing job.

Nachteile:

They don't have an option to change data-source in ab testing.

I tried several different platforms before WiserNotify. None of them worked as expected. None of them actually did what I needed done. And none of them had support that was helpful. I had given up on finding software to do this job, and then I tried WiserNotify. I was delighted from the first moment. The setup was simple (and I do not have tech skills) and the staff is so helpful and responsive. I do not usually write reviews and had to provide one here because of the excellence on all fronts.

Everyone knows FOMO works, so I won't go on and tell you how great it is... What I like the most is how easy it is to set up and deploy. I am not a coder or tech-savvy person and I was able to follow the instruction and set this one up pretty easily.

There's not really a thing I dislike about it. I'm a happy customer.

I use the social proof for my landing pages and websites. No dough it do the job, do it well. The support is fast and usefull. It helps me with the conversions with almost effortless installation.

The only social proof app that offers country based targeting and supports multiple languages

WiserNotify is unlike any other growth app I've seen, it's super simple and effective. I have been using WiserNotify for a few months now and I have to say it has been very effective in generating leads for our company. The interface is nice and clean, and the design is easy to use.The team at WiserNotify, led by the [SENSITIVE CONTENT], had a really intelligent strategy for country based targeting. I was really impressed with how they were able to offer notifications in multiple languages, which is something that most other platforms do not offer.

Nachteile:

I’ve to create multiple notifications for displaying notifications in different countries in different languages. It should have an advanced option to do it all under one notification.
