Handy and helpfull...great tool for users and admins

Kommentare: Time saving and efficiency in providing the right feedbacks. Giving the chance to everybody to express their thanks and appreciation, via Kudos, towards their colleagues is a great plus and deffinetely a motivating tool. I really love all the features...and really hope we get to use it 100% in the near future.

Vorteile:

It was a great asset to our company. After the first presentation I really loved the openness to solve any situation adapted to our profile. The fact that you see a company so flexible and willing to adapt to our needs was a big plus. The platform covers mostly everything related to personnel management for our head quarters and also for the other subsidiaries, which is so great for us. We are a big team...all togheter on Mirro, no matter what country we work from.

Nachteile:

We had some aspects that needed improvement in the begining ...but they were solved very quickly.

Kommentare: I've been using Mirro briefly, so far I've seem to found the necessary information.

Vorteile:

It has a clean UI, the features are placed and explained properly.

Nachteile:

I have nothing I dislike, I need to just look further into it.

Pretty good but still needs some work

Kommentare: I think it's definetly an upgrade over previous systems we've used in our company and I actually like it.

Vorteile:

It offers most of the features our company needs. The public Timeline is a really good ideaa along with the kudos system.

Nachteile:

It takes a while to get acustomed to all the features mirro has to offer, and the onboarding flow is easily skipable by mistake. There are other problems like text info sometimes not being clear enough but I'm sure they will fix those with time.

Good addition for every company

Vorteile:

Pleasant and easy to use, switches promptly and quick between functions, nice design and useful features. I'm a big fan of the kudos function. Mirro makes our company feel strongly connected in pursuing our goals.

Nachteile:

Wish we would be able to use it in English. I look forward to expanding the range of functionalities we use daily.

Easy and fun to use

Kommentare: It’s a good experience, gives me the exact information i need, without having to dig too deep.

Vorteile:

I love the simple interface and how intuitive everything is. I didn’t need an onboarding to start using it. It gives a holistic overview on what’s happening in the company and it’s a fun way to know your colleagues when you’re new, to give and receive recognition. Small things like social media type of interactions makes Mirro a tool that incentivizes employees to perform tasks that otherwise would be considered “chores”. I like the ease of use and clear way of displaying information, clean design and logical flows from an UX perspective.

Nachteile:

The fact that upon logging in, even if i tick the “Remember me” check box, I always have to type my email. Seems like a bug, so it’s not that bad, but slightly frustrating to have a feature that doesn’t work.

Mirro review

Kommentare: Once it was set up, it was easy to manage daily status meeting using Mirro.

Vorteile:

The ability to put 'sticky' notes on the calendar.

Nachteile:

There were issues initially setting up meeting leaders.

Experience

Kommentare: My over experience with Mirro is amazing. Tracking your performance year to date is awesome. Being able to track my performance by category. Giveback feedback to colleagues is great and simple. Plus, its affordable.

Vorteile:

Mirro allows you to track your performance. Review and edits objectives. Receive supervisor feedback and also input feedback. It really helps me keep my goals on track. I love you can give feedback on other employees.

Nachteile:

There is nothing I don't like about it.

Performance management and reports, and also I love the relationship with the supplier

Nachteile:

Rigidity for vacay types, and I don't like that it doesn't have recruitment support. Also Mirro didn't cover ITM mandatory stuff like attendance sheet.

Vorteile:

What I like most is that we can provide timely and meaningful feedback to your colleagues and formally recognize your work environment, culture, teamwork, and contribution to performance.As a strong ally of personnel, it is very useful for simplifying procedures and shortening time. All of this is possible because their excellent customer experience team is always ready to answer all our questions and combine schedules to achieve the best possible performance.

Nachteile:

On the downside, I found no ability to track salary with all bonuses in addition to each employee's negotiated salary. From the point of view of the wage area, I would like to have the opportunity to introduce(via data import) Monthly salary including bonus for each employee.

- easy to use, intuitive- very supportive and well - prepared staff, open to the development suggestions of the software

- it does not have a payroll feature, only pre-payroll

Dare for more!

Kommentare: Three big problems have been solved:
- clarity on the area of personal objectives;
- clarity on the leave & attendance area. People used to send weekly questions to HR about the situation of the days off (paid vacation).
- we've encouraged the provision of feedback (Kudos)

Vorteile:

Clarity provided by the Leave & Attendance section!

Nachteile:

Salary section should be customized according to fixed salaries and the frequency of bonuses.

My work buddy

Kommentare: Mirro is an efficient working tool, helping employers track users' activity and also providing great tools for users in order to manage their work, documents, holidays and so on.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to use and has efficient features.

Nachteile:

It doesn't have the option to pause your activity and restart it at some point later, at least in my case. You can only stop the clock when you check out from work.

Perspective from a new user

Kommentare: A good experience, a lot of useful functions that if not used, would slow down the rate of work significantly and make it hard to track all the employees, especially when the people are working from home.

Vorteile:

Very helpful functions to organise documents, overtime, leave days, punch in/out for remote work. Additionally, the performance reviews of the employees is easy to use and easy to organize the information.

Nachteile:

The fact that all documents are uploaded in a single place makes them hard to find sometimes.

Vorteile:

The feedback and performace review features, holiday requests, flexi time requests

Nachteile:

The are where you define the teams/departments - it should provide more flexibility as there are companies that are organized different than the "traditional" way Also it should start taking into account that there are a lot of companies that switched to WFH completely.

Kommentare: I like mirro. I think it is a tool that helps a bussines a lot, especially if there are objectives that need to be pursued and measured.

Sometimes there are times when I have to wait for a certain option to load, but it doesn't happen very often.

Kommentare: It is one of us. It keeps track of my spare time, and gives me heads up whenever needed, so... very human like. A human that cares about my well being but also my productivity at work.

Vorteile:

Its user friendly appeareance and ease of use.

Nachteile:

I could not say I thought about something missing. Maybe, a designated window where you can write your notes and then export them like files. Like, beside the long term objectives, some short-term TO DO’s.

Of course I like Mirro, it helps me get my vacation days.

Vorteile:

* The design: is super friendly and it has a funny touch. It makes me feel good when I access the platform * It is helpful: I can easily choose my vacation days and have have an OK from my boss in a very short time

Nachteile:

* I'm not sure if it is connected to my Google Calendar. It would be great to be that way * Sometimes, I just cannot find where I can choose my vacation days. I don't use Mirro that much, I just use it when I want to get my vacation days and sometimes I just have to look for the section that I need more than I would like to. Maybe it would be helpful to have a shortcut or a "recently used feature" button.

Great application

Vorteile:

I like the fact that the application simplifies all my HR interactions and provides me clarity for what could be going on with teammates, as it's hard to observe or keep up with changes in a remote environment.

Nachteile:

I'm not sure if it's implemented yet or not, but I think one small improvement I could see made is for half-day vacation requests being trackable on site, rather than just taking a full day and mentioning in comments for HR that it's only for half a day.

Kommentare: Overall the experience was good, but I am still discovering the platform. Hope to use it a lot more from now on.

Vorteile:

I likes the most that a lot of important features in the HR life of the organization are here and there is openness from the developers to add things that prove to be usefull for all of their users.

Nachteile:

It is harder to clarify the element of vacations, because different companies have different ocazions for which they offers vacation days and if the program they use is different than the one in mirro, there can be errors in loading these days dirrectly in a database.

Vorteile:

Product is relatively easy to use and bug free. Useful features like the posibility to submit time off requests or flexi time as well as providing feedback for colleagues or giving Kudos

Nachteile:

Product is not that easy to cutomise and doesn't fit that well to the way our company is organised. Nothing that we couldn't work around but something that was a bit of an annoyance and increased the time it took to set the software up to be used by our company
