HG told me it was because of Amelia. The issue was never resolved. However, we were replacing an existing experience where the presentation of providers, and their detailed profile, was all custom developed and fit into our existing site design perfectly. However, the default experience is still quite good, just wasn't what we needed. This was okay because we decided to leverage their extensive API for keeping our custom presentation while still using the plugin for calendar, scheduling, appointment management, and all of the other excellent features. > > Implementation was quick and easy. Setup and customization was easy and quite good. However, what was even better than the extensive capabilities of the plugin, was their support. They're responsive, patient, and thorough. Even when some of the issue was due to my configuration mistake, they kept pushing to find a solution and wanted to ensure I was successful.
