The Zendesk Suite application has a methodology that employs different strategies to discover the image that users have. Zendesk Suite is a cloud-based messaging application that was developed to meet the varying requirements of outreach groups, both large and small. For customers who are happy with Zendesk Suite, it makes the experience of visiting a museum more personalized and changes discussions according to their and their customers' assumptions.

Zendesk Suite employs different methods to discover the image we have users through them. It allows customers to collect information about their customers and rank discussions on the assumptions made in each conversation. Nachteile:
We use the trial version of Zendesk Suite, and I recently realized that my association was charging per client, rather than a one-time annual or monthly fee that would allow us to have more clients. It has worked consistently and we have had no issues using the scenario in our organization.
Good CRM That Integrate with CRM
Vorteile:
Been using it since it came out as a beta months ago, It integrates very easily with Zendesk support ticketing and has all features as any other CRM. You can easily integrate with Pandadoc and send agreements. You can send texts, emails and calls from the CRM very easily and track agents productivity.
Nachteile:
At first it didnt have all the features i needed and support when it was a beta but they fixed all that with time.
Clean, in a good suite -- but not clear
Kommentare: Beautiful interface, but very difficult to operate.Difficult to find things at least at first sight. My usage is Pipedrive, Hubspot and Sales Force. Here it is difficult to make it flow. But it might be my little experience in this specific tool.
Vorteile:
Clean interface.It is within a super strong suite, remember me Netsuite in the 2010, getting super strong in sales and customer support, as Sales Force in the early days. Good potential.
Nachteile:
Really not intuitive.Great difficulty in the beginning to understand how to create a company, contact or a deal. It seems that things are hidden.
Solid SMB/SME CRM. Reports are lacking but otherwise great UX
Vorteile:
- Direct mail integration (no bcc required) saves everyone a world of hassle - Very easy to create customized lists of deals - Mobile app is very, very good - Easy to customize deal page with relevant info including "smart links" to 3d party sites - Decent UI and easy to understand - Integrated Dialer would be great if we weren't already using Dialpad - Quick onboarding, decent SFDC import - Zapier integration
Nachteile:
- Reporting is completely inadequate: - No good way to report on lead sources - No way to report on leads by assignee - No way to create new reports if the pre-made ones don't do enough for you - The UI is surprisingly slow. Like, a-full-second-for-a-simple-lookup slow. This is not a complete dealbreaker, but is pretty irritating - Associating contacts to deals doesn't associate your comms w/them to the same deal, so if you have a lot of back and forth with someone about a deal, but forgot to add them to that deal in Base, you won't see the communication on the page for that deal. -
Very good product

I really like this software is easy to work with. There is nothing in my mind that I like less about it.
Former User, Would use again
Kommentare: I think I well described it above but it was always positive. I loved connectivity through different regions with closers and it truly made scheduling easier.
Vorteile:
We used base software when setting leads for Solar appointments. There was a really nice connectivity between me and the closers when I was using base. I love the idea that I can put notes on homes and have connectivity that I normally would not have had when we were using the paper method we used to use. I can slip appointments in between already scheduled appointments, just a solid product overall.
Nachteile:
In relation to sales rabbit and other sales softwares, I loved the ability to see homes more clearly, I thought that was one thing I didn't have as much with base, it was still better in other ways though that outweighed the pros that sales rabbit brought. I would take this still over any other sales appointment software and calendaring out there.
Zendesk purchased Base CRM and let it die

We were a long time Base CRM user, but since Zendesk purchased the platform it seems as if they have stripped down the development and support resources. I had questions about the platform, and could not get any response from their support team after months, I tried their sales team and still took weeks to get a response to my inbound lead.
What a shame.
Vorteile:
Easy to use You could get a good understanding of all the interactions with a customer from one screen.
Nachteile:
Zendesk has the worst customer service, which is crazy because they are a customer service platform. Not many third-party integrations
Great Tool for Keeping All Your Clients Together
Vorteile:
Really comprehensive. I found myself adding things to client profiles, interactions, and deals just to fill in and use all the features! Really fantastic for keeping everything related to a client and their deals organized.
Nachteile:
Some things are too specific and didn't fit perfectly with my work flow or type of business. The Client Space, while a fantastic idea, needs work. It's a bit user unfriendly on the client side. Also, it's pretty ugly which is a shame since the rest of Base looks so good.
Great CRM, a ton of functionality and the user experience is quite seamless.

The pricing structure was disappointing, and not realistic for a lot of agencies that have a larger team.
One of the best CRM's around
Kommentare: We didn't want our entry level sales reps to have access to the information for CEO's and other C-level contacts. Our old CRM didn't let us assign access. Only what people could change within a contact.
Vorteile:
We needed to find a CRM that would allow us to assign access at different levels. Other CRM's had fallen short for this.
Nachteile:
It's a little more expensive than I like if you want to use all the features.

Avoid this Zendesk stepchild!
Kommentare: Non-existent support. Sales team pretends like they have no obligation to deliver on promises. This product is NOT intended for business use. It's a liability to Zendesk.

I used this product when it was Base CRM. It was a great crm, no fluff, just basic CRM features that worked really well.
Nachteile:
Zendesk's acquisition of this product was a disaster! They've got a bunch of bugs with bringing it into their ecosystem. It took almost a month to provision our account. Yes... we paid for a month of "we'll get it working soon, I promise!" Since then, in the past 6 months, our account has just disappeared as if we cancelled it (we paid for the year already). No login, no access to information, and no support. Support from Zendesk takes a few days per response. Getting back into our account last time took over a week. Right now, we're locked out of our CRM. It's costing us tons of money!
Finally something new and interesting from Zendesk

Our team really liked this tool over salesforce. There are a ton of really great options and features, along with a pretty easy to use UI.
Nachteile:
This is a new offering for Zendesk and the onboarding process left a lot to be desired. I do believe this will improve over time.
Great CRM
Kommentare: I use Base daily to keep track of my notes and clients. I can upload files and import my emails so everything is in one place. Every day I go through my daily tasks and update my deals. The tool is easy to use with a lot of options.
Vorteile:
I really like to have everything in one place. All of my files, emails, tasks, contacts, notes, everything is all connected. Having it all in one place simplifies my life a lot. I also like that you can assign things to other people.
Nachteile:
The mobile app is awful and rarely works.
The Base CRM app is for the truly organized.
Kommentare: Base CRM is a customer relation mangement tool with a low price tag and high return. Check it out.
Vorteile:
I bought this in the iTunes App store a few years ago and remember it was a really good app. The only issue is its for the truly organized. I realize that I was not the type of salesman for this app. This app is for a salesman who truly sets appointments and needs to care about and follow up with his/her leads. It has goals and everything imaginable. I was just a simple windshield replacement guy who came for a one stop close and moved on. I also attempted using this for my sales as a home security guy but it never stuck with me. The reality is this is for larger sales and more "qualified" and traditional salesmen and businessmen. Check it out. If it is right for you you will appreciate it 100%. All that I said will make sense when you actually see it. It was cheap enough to have no money wasted .
Trial Over, locked out of account, can't get access to my data: I trusted them with my company!
Kommentare: I am on day 3 of having no access to all my data. I can't get anyone to help me pay and regain access after my trial (I started trying to sign up with 1 1/2" days left in the trial. My sales associate has vanished, no one is answering the sales phone number, no one is responding to my emails or phone messages. I have spoken to support, they can't help. They told me they would ping sales and label it "urgent." I called a phone number I pulled off of google, and the man apologized and said he'd help, but I still have no access or responses hours later. Ironic that they are a customer service management software company and they can't effectively manage a customer... Unbelievable. I trusted them with the data of my company and now I don't have access to it...

It was easy to implement and customize and I hit the ground running
Nachteile:
The emails lag in arriving, and generally are not user friendly, I can't figure out how to have more than one contact per deal, and some features I want are not included in the lower tier version unlike their main competitor.
Easy to use, full-featured CRM
Kommentare: Flexible, scalable, intuitive CRM. I like that it integrates with a variety of other services and is easy to use. It stores a lot of information on our clients and has different alerts to remind you of events and task.
Vorteile:
I've been using Base now for the past four years. I've found it easy to use and intuitive. It integrates with several other systems. One feature I really appreciate is how it picks up and stores emails that are sent into a person's profile wether they are sent or received either internally or externally from Base. The ability to follow a sale through its different phases is also easy to use. The mobile app works interfaces icely with an iPhone and allows you to record Actions after the call. It is well organized, scalable and offers everything a small business needs in a CRM
Nachteile:
I wish there was an easier way to add photos to your contacts. It can pick a photo up if you have some social media information, but I have found the process cumbersome.
Easiest CRM for on-the-go use
Vorteile:
great mobile app. ability to see the number of times a client has viewed an email! Easy to use deals/opportunities function. Love that it automatically logs calls/emails to the relevant contact.
Nachteile:
I wish it had better integrations with other softwares. It has several that it integrates with, but the integrations are minimal at best and completely non-functional at worst. Better integration with accounting and digital marketing softwares would be nice for me and might be critical for other industries

This CRM was easy to set up and makes it easier to communicate with my team and keep them updated on the status of our clients.
Nachteile:
I would like the data fields to be more customizable. I would also like to have multiple ways to search for a lead in the CRM.
Fantastic CRM
Vorteile:
Base's Support Team is fantastic. They flew out members of their team to get us set up. They gave shirts and other swag, and were a delight to deal with. Online support is fantastic, and quick. Base itself is easy to use, and has a streamlined work Flow. There software is very user friendly and modern. You can get up and running in a matter of days. Reach out to them and find out if their software will fit your needs. Either way, I'm sure they will be warm and welcoming to your team.
Nachteile:
We ultimately moved away from base because there was no way to create some key API integrations that we needed in our industry. I occasionally imported a doc that resulted in a few hundred duplicate users. They could be cleaned up quickly, but still inconvenient. :(
Base CRM is an awesome enterprise CRM and personal productivity tool

Automatic email, call, and text tracking, great full-featured mobile app, powerful and super intuitive web interface.
Nachteile:
Lack of out of the box integrations compared to less user-friendly tools like Salesforce or Zoho, additional products from Base (reach prospecting / apollo) that extend functionality only available to larger teams
Great Sales Tool
Kommentare: Ultimately, we love it and would recommend to anyone.
Vorteile:
We love the app and the ease of use. It has been great for tracking sales and tasks associated with closing deals. It's also been great for ensuring collaboration and keeping everyone in the loop.
Nachteile:
When we do have technical issues (which is rare) it can sometimes take a full business day for support to respond. Not a huge deal because nothing is ever business-critical in nature, but it would be nice if they had a chat feature to live chat about quick questions.
Everything I have ever wanted in A CRM
Vorteile:
Base is great for small companies that want to get started with a CRM that has fantastic user support, easy information entry, and fantastic smart lists. If you are a company that has between 100 to about 2000 clients, you will love Base and their team. It's powerful, and can be taught in a day and shows users value from day one.
Nachteile:
Let's face it, you are town between using Base or Salesforce, and so were were. While base is cost effective in the beginning, we spent hundreds of engineering hours trying to migrate to Salesforce eventually, resulting in a negative savings. While I love Base for it's simplicity, if you know you will one day move, move to Salesforce today. Maybe one day Base will offer the amount of features and integrations that Salesforce has, but not today.
Base CRM
Kommentare: Overall this is a decent CRM for a young company. However, as with any CRM, you need to sit down and do your homework. Look at where your business is now and where you want it to be in a few years. Will you outgrow this app quickly or will it serve your needs well over the long term. If you feel you may outgrow the app in short order, you may want to consider jumping right over to Salesforce rather than try to migrate your data. If you feel this app will serve your company and users well over several years, it is a solid option.

What I liked best about this app is that it is fully integratable with other systems, and has great native mobile apps.
Nachteile:
What I liked least about this product was the ease of use, there is a bit of a learning curve. Also, the setup costs are a bit high.
I am glad i found base

I found base to be extremely easy to use. It had all the essential features of a SALES focused CRM. We do a lot of direct mail marketing so it was important that we had a system that allowed us to easily maintain various contact list and tag them appropriately
Nachteile:
Although it is a Sales focused CRM i would at least like to see the ability to group leads or contacts into campaigns in the future. Right now we accomplishing this by simply adding tags.
