Kommentare: It's a great software program for a residential remodeler who needs estimating, takeoff, and other project management features.
Vorteile:
I like the ease of set-up, the multiple available features, the availability of help and feedback from Houzz associates. For a company our size (2-5 employees) it is an affordable alternative to other project management software that is usually exorbitantly expensive.
Nachteile:
Some of the features are still a little wonky, but the company is still actively trying to improve the product so it's not a huge problem.

Kommentare: I have had some good experiences with very kind and patient people, and lots of frustrating experiences navigating through the many layers and steps. Finding where some pieces are located is not intuitive, nor is locating where to ask for the right department for help.
Vorteile:
I appreciated that the proposal through invoicing process was virtually the same so that I could keep moving forward with my business. However, since I joined in early June and I am still waiting for my onboarding appointment with my dedicated account rep and I have LOTS of questions.
Nachteile:
There is a lot of feedback requested and very few intuitive places to respond with few "call to action" buttons and no "reply buttons" on emails. I also answered a call while driving and it was not an actual person, but a recording that sounded exactly like a prerecorded voice mail. The recording said that he wanted to learn all about my business and talked way too fast. But there was no way to respond and no way to write anything down since I was driving.

Kommentare: We are a small, growing company. Houzz has made it so much easier to manage my projects. It also provides a professional look for my clients. I am very happy with the program and all the constant improvements being made.
Vorteile:
Everything I need is all conveniently located in this one App. From customer acquisition all the way to billing and even renderings.
Nachteile:
Most of the problems I've found have been resolved. There was a point in time where the estimates were frustrating because of the constant saving. But I have not noticed that issue anymore.

Houzz Pro keeps me organized!
Kommentare: The learning curve on Houzz Pro was pretty simple to get going, however being a deconstruction contractor in which the program was not designed for it has taken a few years to get it adapted for me and I still have a ways to go it seems.
Vorteile:
With Houzz Pro I'm able to manage my customers and projects with efficiency and stay highly organized. Using the takeoffs side of the program I have been able to develop standards in my estimating and templates to speed up the process.
Nachteile:
The customer section is built for working with one client per project. I'm a deconstruction subcontractor that works with big General contractors that have multiple project managers, and estimators that I work with. That part gets complicated for me at times.
