Representative got angry and terminated our license out of hand. Slowww performance Buyer Beware - Buyer Beware - Buyer Beware. This is an individual selling software for critical business infrastructure, while operating with the business acumen and ethics of a 14 year old child. His conduct has certainly caused our company injury. After spending a month on integrating XSI-Backup into our infrastructure, it’s going to take at least that long to source and integrate an alternative solution, costing us countless man hours. > > XSI-Backup has been a headache since we purchased it one month ago. Spent the first week trying to license the software through their non-functioning licensing functionality on their website. Finally (seems to be owner of this one-man shop) \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] had to finally hand-generate the license key for us. Next week was consumed on their support forum trying to resolve why backups would crash at approximately 30%. Two weeks in and it seemed to be sort of working, but backups were excruciatingly slow at less than 10MB/s. And this is from an SSD to a 225MB/s platter disk. This owner/tech consistently displayed a bad and condescending attitude. For level setting purposes, I’ve been working at the UNIX/Linux shell level for four decades and I make my living leading my company of 30+ years as an Enterprise Applications Architect, leading multi-million dollar technology projects for enterprise clients. After finally getting XSI-Backup working, albeit at a snail’s pace, for about a week, they released a summer promotion to purchase a 4-seat license for only $50 more than what we’d paid for our single seat license. The 4-seat license was also for a higher tier license (more features). Since we’d just purchased our license, we asked that we could purchase the promotion and receive credit for our payment already made. We were flatly refused any consideration at all and were told our sole option was to purchase addition normal priced seats at 3.5 times the final price with the promotion. ----- ### "XSIBackup" — 5.0/5 > **Samuel** | *8.
