"A must use for marketing strategy and planning"

Vorteile: Fortella is extremely helpful in helping us prioritize what campaigns we should run and to whom. Looking at the dashboards is definitely a main topic of conversation during our weekly pipeline meetings. We get visibility into pipeline contribution, by segment, that we didn't get before, and we also have visibility into low hanging fruit prospects that we should be spending more time marketing too. They also have an excellent customer success team. They're extremely responsive and knowledgeable about not only the tool but also about how marketing organizations think.

Nachteile: I'd like to see more forecasting and budgeting features but I've been told that that's coming very soon.
