Kommentare: Die Software und der Support sind gut. Negativ ist leider die Transparenz bzw. Vollständigkeit der Informationen über Preis (fehlende Mwst.) und Leistung (page views relevant für Preis).

Kommentare: CookieFirst is my solution of choice for enabling cookie consent on any professional website or SaaS application I do. Pricing is comfortably reasonable and features and functionality leave nothing to be desired. The style and behavior of the deployed solution is aesthetically pleasing and functional to the end user. Styling and other properties are easily manageable. It's a satisfying and trustworthy product which I can warmly recommend.

We're happy with CookieFirst. As I mentioned, even though we had some issues with Cookie banner – support took their time and fixed all the problems quickly.
Big kudos for [sensitive content hidden] for helping us out!
Vorteile:
Compared with all the other tools that we used - CookieFirst is really easy to use and implement on your website. Also, I was really happy that support took their time to investigate our issues and they helped us right away!
Nachteile:
There were some bugs with our cookie banner – sometimes it was broken or issues with content updates. However, support managed to help us with these issues and fix everything.
Support ghosted me

Not much, had a bad experience. Looking for recommendations of other tools ;-)
Nachteile:
The support ghosted me. I wrote several times and never received a reply anymore.

Kommentare: We were looking for an easy/fast way to implement Consent Management in our web page, we compared many services, but CookieFirst seems to be the perfect one and we were not wrong. Easy to setup, easy to configure, easy to personalize, great price for the value.
Vorteile:
It's very easy to implement and to customize. It adapted perfectly to the design of our web page.
