Vorteile:

Over the years, we have tested every ASO tool on the market but we haven’t found a better platform for research, intelligence and reporting. No other ASO platform on the market today is adding new features as quickly as AppTweak. Our team relies heavily on market intelligence data for analysis and reports.

Nachteile:

We would like to see more paid search tools for Apple Search Ads and Google App Campaigns. Not a deal-breaker but “white-labeled” reporting would be helpful for our enterprise clients.

It is fast, has a very big database of keywords, has great feature for keyword research in all the markets that we need

Nachteile:

As a portfolio company, for us it is hard to use a tool for tracking

Worst Customer Experience Ever!

Kommentare: Malicious business practices & Bait and Switch is what comes to mind when i think about my AppTweak experience. They don't care about their customers, all they care about is extracting as much money from you as they can and will downgrade your plan limits anytime.

Vorteile:

I was Subscribed to AppTweak since Feb 2020 and really enjoyed the ASO features but most recently they have downgraded all the previous subscribers to a lower plan with less features. This is a classic bait and switch and not sure how people are letting them get away with this.

Nachteile:

The Support is pathetic and won't respond to you for days. My query remain unanswered for days and AppTweak team kept on trying to avoid my questions when i asked them why my current plan suddenly has changed limits. It's as if i was downgraded while paying the same amount of money as before. AppTweak treat their customers really bad and I would never in a million years recommend them to any App company.

Primary ASO Tool

Kommentare: AppTweak serves as my ASO assistant that I can not afford as a small app developer. Come to think of it - I think I get more value from this subscription fee as I would if I paid a person to do the same research.

Vorteile:

I use AppTweak on a daily basis to do ASO. Their support is first class and being able to compare competitor data such as keywords and backlinks save me a lot of time.

Nachteile:

I wish I could see more stats while the app is in Beta, but I do realise that Google might not have all the data available.

Amazing value for the money!

Kommentare: From day one of using this product, I have loved it. It literally gets better every two weeks as they release new and useful features on a regular schedule.

Vorteile:

Getting to the information that I am most interested in is easy to do and there is a wealth of features to help me ascertain the nuances in the data.

Nachteile:

The breakdown between the iPad and the iPhone is annoying. There should be a way to switch easily from one platform to another for a single app. Also, the competitors and keywords should be shared between the two so I don't have to set them up separately if I don't want to.

Reliable Tool for ASO Optimisation

Kommentare: We used AppTweak after launching our mobile app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for optimisation. While it was immensely useful for performing keyword research and competitive analysis, we found that a lot of the functionality was always locked against extra paywalls and the keyword research for languages other than English was limited. At the same time, AppTweak is an intuitive tool that can be useful for ASO optimisation with its optimisation scores and suggestions, so it was still very helpful despite those shortcomings.

Vorteile:

The interface is quite intuitive and easy to get around. The stats for the Android and iOS apps are displayed separately. AppTweak is also great for ASO optimisation thanks to the recommendations and optimisation scores it offers, as well as the extensive keyword research functionality both through keyword search and through analysing competitors.

Nachteile:

This tool is on the pricier side, especially for a startup like us. Another problem we faced is that the keyword research for stats in languages other than English doesn't yield results that are as fruitful as in the case of English keywords. It's understandable that the search volume is lower than with English, but we think that in that case other languages should have a different benchmark instead of displaying minimal volume, etc. across the board.

Good tool for App store optimization

Kommentare: AppTweak has helped us learn more about ASO and about how to optimize our store pages. We now have a better understanding of both our own apps and competitors with regards to ASO, and on how we can optimize better for visibility and conversion to installs. The customer support experience has been beyond expectations, our contact responds quickly and is very helpful. They are very open to feedback and suggestions, and several of our suggestions have been implemented already.

Vorteile:

We really appreciate the features related to finding and analyzing keywords. The tool helps us identify important keywords, as well as understanding what keywords that are not important to focus on. We can easily track changes and monitor impact.

Nachteile:

We experienced some challenges understanding parts of the user interface, however our contact quickly helped us and explained, and also implemented some changes to the UI based on our feedback.

AppTweak is Still The Best ASO Tool

Kommentare: It really made my work flow easy i really like using the app until today. its has been really a great experience

Vorteile:

It takes me no time to compare competitor data such as keywords and backlinks using AppTweak. The customer service is excellent, and I appreciate being able to compare competitor data such as keywords and backlinks.

Nachteile:

While the app is in beta, I would like to see more statistics, but I realize it might not have all Google's data at its disposal.

Great product

Kommentare: I have been using Apptweak since 2016 and cannot recommend it highly enough. The quality of data, U.I and support is first class.

Vorteile:

The tool in its whole is great ! The keyword tool that gives you an estimate on search volume and competition level has always been one of the best. The ads insights module provides very useful information on when one should use promoted search VS. organic search.

Nachteile:

Not much to be honest, since it's one of the best tools on the market.

AppTweak Recommendation

Kommentare: - Presenting app analytics and performance against their competitors in simple graphs that make it easier for other teams to understand.

Vorteile:

- Multiple options for analytics across the whole app ecosystem - Great user interface - Includes ASO, App, and market intelligence - Provides top charts for trending(growth & rank) apps with even option to filter by country

Nachteile:

- When searching for an app and landing on its analytics page the search bar defaults back to the default country. It makes it difficult when analyzing other countries as you have to keep changing the filter. - In a specific app analytics page when switching between tabs like from downloads to reviews/ratings you have to change the date range each time to your stipulated date range.

Kommentare: It is in a very good position in aso tools, but it is still not a very good solution for aso.

Vorteile:

It is very good that it is fast, easy to use, distinguishes according to languages, not countries.

Nachteile:

11 search volume is very bad. so apptweak doesn't know exactly how many search volumes a word has.

Free Report Is Amazing, paid tool not so much

Vorteile:

The free report option in App Tweak has helped us no end take a very high level look at how our app is performing in the App Store. It has delivered genuinely really good advise that we have implemented and has helped a lot.

Nachteile:

We tried a free trial of App Tweak for the fully featured reports however I don't think it was for us. It was overkill of information and a lot of the useful information you can get from App Annie for free such as keyword rankings.

Brilliant - would be lost without them!

Vorteile:

For beginners, this was an essential and very simple way to learn the tricks of the trade!

Nachteile:

On the more expensive side for a start up - but you do get what you pay for.

Very complete tool, easy to use. It is a must if you want to improve your ASO

I have tried many other tools and this one is the best. It would be perfect if there was more than one refresh per day
