Kommentare: POP makes building meaningful relationships with fans way easier, and the software is really easy to use. If I need any support, my emails always get a reply within an hour. We've been using POP for over a year now, and with new features that have been introduced lately the tool has become even more valuable for us!
Vorteile:
POP is really easy to use, and has some really powerful features. Getting in touch with fans or customers easily in a personalised way, is something very important. The 'Campaign' page is structured really well, and building a flow doesn't require too many skills. Also being able to communicate with all people who left a comment is a really cool feature (Comment to Messenger feature). This is the easiest way of converting comments into valuable contacts. The 'Ask for user data' function is also something that I love to use. By asking for an email adress, phone number or anything else, it is way easier to create a ongoing funnel.
Nachteile:
It may be a good thing to connect your audience with a certain campaign. So for example if I built a flow for a giveaway, I am not directly able to see which contacts entered my audience via this flow. It would be fantastic to have a function in the 'Campaigns' tab where you can see the audience related to a flow.

Thanks a lot for reviewing our product, Mees! We're glad to hear you're enjoying our service and the features it has to offer. Great that you've able to put POP to good use to connect with your audience. You're right that, at the moment, you're not able to filter your audience based on specific flows they have triggered in the past. However, what you could do is add an 'Action component' to the start of the flow, which adds everyone who passes that point of the flow to a segment. Then you'll be able to filter your audience for that segment, which basically achieves what you're looking for. We'll take your feedback into consideration during our next roadmap meeting, as it's a feature we believe could definitely come in handy!
Generating new leads with POP's chat marketing platform works like a charm
Kommentare: Smooth, elegant design. Great, quick and helpful support. But most of all, I found a new channel (chat/messenger marketing) to gather leads thanks to POP!
Vorteile:
POP was the first chat platform to seamlessly turn our facebook audience into actual new leads. The interface is smooth & intuitive. After we've set up our first campaign, we could generate around 50 new leads per post.
Nachteile:
I don't like the integration with FB's messaging ads . That's also FB's mistake/

We agree that Facebook's ad platform can be a little overwhelming sometimes, but we're doing everything we can to keep optimizing our integration with Facebook's ever-changing platform!
