High praise for TM!
Kommentare: I've enjoyed working with the reps and recommend their services. I feel like they truly listen to my feedback and take into consideration that to the user, time is money. I feel they've created a product that is customer-centric for the majority of businesses out there.
Vorteile: It's clear, concise and to the point and doesn't display a ton of data that isn't necessarily needed or wanted unless the user specifically seeks out a deeper understanding. I always appreciate products that keep the user's time in mind and makes it easy for him/her to find the most important information quickly.
Nachteile: I don't have much negative criticism - for the size of our company, this product works well for the needs we have. Mainly, an easy and cohesive way to show management how our socials are performing in a way they would understand without being a guru of social media.

Streamlined, comprehensive, incredibly visual social media tracking tool
Kommentare: Strong tool for social media analytics. Goes beyond the usual metrics, to tracking activity on my website, and instapage landing pages. Differentiating factor was the ability to track sales and conversions on my website. Have recommended to both B2C marketers, as well as B2B tech players.
+Intuitive dashboard, that allows overall and channel-specific (Linkedin, Insta, Twitter, FB) views.
+Tracks information all the way to lead capture, for transparency of results across social media platforms.
+Great customer support - emailed questions or chatbot are answered quickly.
+ Strong reporting.
Nachteile: no gaps so far, and I have used for 9 months, across two separate campaigns plus overall social media posts.
