Vorteile: It is user friendly and introduces a great deal of technology in this evolving world.
Nachteile: When Associates want to use PTO, I have to first schedule them and they have to submit as a call out. It confuses my Associates.

You'll be happy to know we are currently retooling how PTO and paid sick leave are handled in our system. We plan to launch a more seamless user experience later this year and we'll be sure to let you know when it's ready.
