Kommentare: Very pleasant! It gives me confidence, it allow to go back to check everything and it is a great planning tool.Definitely something I cannot imagine working without.Every other system I used in the past failed on some level -with HR nest I ma confident not even one minute is lost, and I can manage my flexible work time so efficiently. I'm a fan.

Vorteile:

For a tool that I use every day at work, it gives me good user experience. I like the non-invasive interface, clear display of most important data, and that I can access all the info in one place. The functionality goes beyond work-time registration, it also allows to plan, see the scheduling of other team members, who is in the office at that time.

Nachteile:

Data is displayed in various ways. The one I prefer the least is Work Time/ Reports - with vertical display and red markings when the time was missed - I much more often loot at Work Time/ Calendar that shows me the time in horizontal manner and somehow it's more comprehensive to me. I guess it depends how we think about time in general.

Integrated management: time, resources, occupancy and the ability to report project results

Nachteile:

Deleting entered data from forms before there aproovment. It is not possible to redefine the scope of competences for existing users.

hard to reach overall working time balance - it should be on main windowstarting/stopping wok registration with QR code

Kommentare: I have no major complaint, I never had any really negative experience with this service.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, intuitive, all the most important features are in the dashboard, everything else is just one click away.

Nachteile:

It's way too hard to log in through the phone, the password is always wrong for some reason, sometimes is a bit slow.

Beautiful and clear layout, easy access to any office information about attendance, vacation or homeoffice.

Nachteile:

I don't have any complain about HRnest. Eventually need to change password too often is one thing that I don't like.

Regarding changing the password - the system allows you to reduce the frequency of password changes, such settings can be made by the HRnest admin on your side. I am truly impressed with the utility and user-friendliness of the platform. Nachteile:

One additional potential drawback of HRnest is the lack of notifications (from the previous day about lack of tracked hours).

Vorteile:

Finally, you do not need to write out paper applications, you can send everything electronically.

Nachteile:

A bit too much clicking if someone only sends two applications: for a holiday leave and for remote work.Maybe it would be possible to hide or limit unused options? Or move the used ones to the top?

Vorteile:

This is a very nice tool and very intuitive, you don't need a manual to figure out "what and where to click". Easy to work with and very clear :)

HRnest – a very intuitive tool to use

Kommentare: When it comes to HR administrator – what is the best is that HRnest gives you so many possibilities to adjust the tool configuration according to your company's requirements and you can do it yourself. You can change e.g. the approval path, update days off in calendar (when the whole company takes the day off for holiday that takes place on Saturday), etc. And what is very, very helpful and saves time is the ability to enter some data by batch input (add many employees’ profiles, add many vacation limits on year change). The reporting features of the tool are as well excellent. Thanks to this, you can check information (e.g. total leave balance), use it as a control tool (e.g. to check how many days of leave on demand each employee has used during the year), etc. As the reporting feature is available as well for employees, they can check all of this by they own which in turn reduces the number of questions directed to HR e.g. on their current holiday balance. Another feature we admire is that the tool is so accessible. You just need a web browser to use it. Thanks to this, employees can check their work schedule or e.g. request leave on demand even using mobile phone, which is very convenient and useful for them. The employee receives all notifications about the leave approval status also by e-mail and sees the acceptance stage in the system.

Vorteile:

We searched the tool especially for leave management and work schedule purposes. The priority was that the tool would be compliant with all Polish labor law regulations, to cover all types of absences (e.g. leave on demand, sick leave, maternity leave, rehabilitation allowance) and to support all types of employment (including part-time employment). We have tested many tools available on the market but actually only HRnest fulfilled all of these requirements. Additionally, it is very intuitive to use for all types of users (employees, managers and HR administrator) and has great manuals that are available to users along with screens and descriptions of all stages of the process. Thanks to this, users can learn the functions of the tool themselves and start using it very quickly. What is worth of appreciation is the outstanding customer service. From the first day of testing the tool up to now we are assigned to one HRnest support person who is very helpful, tries to find solution to our queries, gives us the information back on the time of implementing requested changes by developers (if this is the case) and is so quick in responding on all our questions. That is the person we can count on in all matters related to the tool (technical problems, configuration change, request to implement new features).

Nachteile:

We hope that the “Personal File” module would be more developed one day as it has potential to be expanded e.g. employees’ requests could be more adjustable (by possibility of adding text, checkboxes, drop-down lists, etc.).

HR nest Time and Absence tracking system evaluation

Kommentare: Provide minimal work time, holiday and absence tracking but it needs to be develped to be customized to the needs of our company and to fully comply with the law.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, transparent, customer finedly, possiblity to extract and export the data to excel for reporting.

Nachteile:

Currently no possibility to create monthly work time sheets in line with labour law regulations pls implement the monthly time sheet approval process. Employee prepares the monthly time sheet, employee manager approves, the document can be printed out and submitted to the aduitor in case of authorities audits.

HRnest offers the option of preparing a monthly working timesheet by an employee and sending it for approval by the supervisor - a lot depends on the settings in the system administrator's account (HR account). Vorteile:

through the application, employees of individual companies report their absences, arrange business trips, they know what their leave limit is.

Nachteile:

as an accounting office, we manage the absences of many clients. The process of employee migration between employees of our clients is complicated. Jendak is a rare process.

Kommentare: Very good Product and cooperation, affordable price for an average company in Poland, technical support at the highest level. New name more professional (from "Urlopek" to "HRnest"). Free account for up to 5 employees - the highest rating.

Vorteile:

The software is readable, intuitive and with well-written instructions. In addition, people of all ages can use the system. Thanks to it, every employee easily manages their working time and informs about absences.

Nachteile:

The spreadsheet needed to complete the aggregate list is chaotic.
