> **Vorteile**: What I liked most about Loom is how simple and intuitive it is to use. The interface is clean, and recording or sharing videos is really straightforward, which makes it accessible even for people who are not very tech-savvy.

> **Nachteile**: The biggest downside is the frequent bugs. Unfortunately, my camera feed sometimes disappears, recordings occasionally fail to save, and the app can get stuck in an infinite loop. These issues are especially frustrating when I need to capture something quickly. I’ve reset my Chrome settings multiple times, but the problems keep coming back and my colleagues experience the same issues.

> My overall experience with Loom has been mixed. On one hand, I appreciate how easy it is to get started and share content, but the technical issues make it unreliable at times. I rated it 3/5 because while it’s useful, I can’t always trust it to work smoothly.
