Absolut flexibles, tolles Formular tool

Kommentare: Ich nutze es für alle unsere Geschäftsformulare, unsere Kunden melden sich über unsere Webseite über die aidaform Formulare an, oder füllen nachträglich Sepa-Formulare aus. Ich erstelle Kundenumfragen und generieren aus den links QR Codes um die Kunden auf die Umfrage zu leiten.

Vorteile:

Dass ich für verschiedenste Anwendungsbereiche/ Firmen branding und Optik in jedem Formular neu erstellen kann. Einfachheit der Erstellung. Sehr gutes interface. Ich liebe es, dass ich die URLs beliebig verändern kann.

Nachteile:

Es fehlt mir noch für gute Terminfindung/ dass ich Termine im Kalender auswählen kann um diese als Formularelement (mit Uhrzeiten!) als Mehrfachauswahloptionen anbieten zu können. Bei der automatischen Antwort hätte ich gerne noch die Möglichkeit entweder eine Datei mitzusenden oder den Text noch zu formatieren. Mein Anwendungsfall: die Nutzer melden sich über das Anmeldeformular von aidaform bei unserem Lieferservice an und ich will einiges an Informationen automatisch nach erfolgreicher Anmeldung an die Nutzer senden. Unformatiert liest es keiner und ist unübersichtlich und ein pdf kann ich aktuell nicht senden (ausser den Report). Qr codes generieren wäre noch top!

Ich finde die Möglichkeit der Formulargestaltung eher schlicht, es fällt schwer dem Formular seinen eigenen Stil zu verpassen.

AidaForm ist spitze

Kommentare: So muss eine Online-Formular-Software sein. Noch ein paar kleine Verbesserungen und die Software ist perfekt.

Vorteile:

Die Klarheit und Einfachheit. Es erfüllt bestens seinen Zweck.

Nachteile:

Feedback-E-Mails können nicht personalisiert werden. Dies soll aber in einer der Folgeversionen möglich sein.

Heute war es der Kundenservice. Ich hatte ein Problem und mir wurde innerhalb von 30 min zuverlässig, freundlich und kompetent geholfen.

Nachteile:

Die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten der Umfragen könnten noch ausgefallener sein.

Kommentare: Eine sehr gute Software, die wie bereits beschrieben einfach zu bedienen ist. Der Funktionsumfang ist mehr als ausreichend und der Support ist bestens.

Vorteile:

Dei Formularerstellung (Bestellformulare usw.) ist einfach und die Bedienung intuitiv . Der Umfang der Möglichkeiten ist bereits in der Basisversion sehr umfangreich.

Nachteile:

Einbindung von Grafiken könnte etwas gefälliger sein.

Solides Tool zur Erstellung von Formularen

Kommentare: Ein gutes Tool für die schnelle Erstellung von einfachen Formularen. Für komplexere Formulare verwendete ich fluentForms in WordPress.

Vorteile:

Mir gefällt sehr die Einfachheit von AidaForm. Formulare lassen sich sehr schnell und einfach erstellen. Änderungen und der aktuelle Bearbeitungsstand werden automatisch gespeichert. Dies ist sehr angenehm. Erfreulich ist zudem, dass AidaForm mit zapier, integrately und konnectzIT verwendet werden kann.

Nachteile:

In den letzten Monaten wurde AidaForm nicht in der Geschwindigkeit weiterentwickelt, wie ich es erwartet hatte. Mir fehlt es sehr, dass ich die Formulare dynamischer erstellen kann. Besonders das Anzeigen von Fragen entsprechend der Antworten bei vorherigen Fragen fehlt mir. Gerne würde ich Bedingungen formulieren, unter denen bestimmte Fragen oder Antwortoptionen angezeigt werden. Die Verwendung von einer benutzerdefinierten Domain ist leider immer etwas kompliziert. Insgesamt wünsche ich mir mehr Flexibilität und erweiterte Einstellungen.

Zuverlässiges Produkt und erstklassiger Kundenservice

Kommentare: Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Daten liegen in Deutschland. Produkt ist stabil und zuverlässig und der Kundenservice ist absolut erstklassig. Weiter so!

Vorteile:

Onboarding und Handhabung waren kinderleicht und der Kundenservice ist super schnell und hilfsbereit. Wir haben am Anfang uns einfach durchgetestet. Offene Fragen wurden schnell und zuverlässig beantwortet. An jeder Stelle wurde Hilfe angeboten und es war Interesse am Kunden da.

Nachteile:

Es gibt hier und da ein Paar Kleinigkeiten. Allerdings kann man Produktfeedback weitergeben und es wird ernst genommen und berücksichtigt.

An excellent tool for creating online forms!

Kommentare: I am using AidaForms for a parallel project and everything works as expected. What is significant is that it is possible to link the Forms to a wordpress blog.

Vorteile:

What I like with AidaForm Online Form Creator: it's the ease with which it is possible to create and share forms, as well as to collect responses. AidaForm has several Sample Templates depending on your business and the collection of results is very detailed. The customization of the questionnaires is sufficiently complete for my taste. You just have to drag and drop elements and design into the main window which serves as a draft and then you can preview your form to check if it suits you.

Nachteile:

Personally, I have nothing to reproach AidaForms for now ... You can create and share your forum forms in a pleasant way and then collect answers. There may be the indicators part which could be improved because it seems to me that it is not possible to know where the people who answered our forms come from ...

AidaForm is an Easy, Affordable Solution for Collecting Valuable Data

Kommentare: In the short time I've used AidaForm I've been able to replace my contact form on multiple websites with a nicer, cleaner form that is more reliable than using Contact Form 7 (for some reason about 1/4 contact requests just never seem to come through on CF7, and no one I've talked with seems to know why). I've also built a quick customer satisfaction survey and sent to my list that has provided valuable feedback, so it's proving handy in multiple scenarios.

Vorteile:

I love how easy AidaForm is to use. With their prebuilt templates you can drag, drop & customize the fields you need and adjust the style/look with a few clicks and go live in a matter of minutes.

Nachteile:

I do wish they offered more templates - they have a handful for each of the about 15 categories categories they list (applications, contact forms, surveys, etc.) but it would be nice to have more of each type of form to start with.

Needs a lot of work

Vorteile:

Creating a survey is relatively easy to do.

Nachteile:

It isn't very intuitive. It's leaps and bounds behind most survey tools. I bought it off appsumo for $50 (lifetime subscription) and I likely will be returning it. You can't embed forms onto your page (have to use iframe). And while, you can connect your survey data to a Google sheet, it doesn't provide you aggregate results. It just creates a new sheet for every submission. There are other limitations when it comes to the design and structuring of the survey, but the two listed above are my biggest gripes.

Could use more Customizable options. For example, we reserve seats for productions so allowing people to pick out specific seats would be helpful

I needed to build a pretty complex personality quiz and this was the only platform out there that let me do what I needed and the customer service and help to get all the formulas figured out has been stellar! They have helped me every step on the way. [sensitive content hidden] should get a raise! What a great company and product!

There are a few functions I would like - like sharing quiz results and link on social media!

A Sophisticated, Labyrinthine and Superreliable Form Management Tool.

Great Software

Kommentare: I needed a form builder that was flexible and fast and AidaFrom fits the bill. I recommend this product.

Got in for both me and a client (and still bragging on AidaForm to others)

Kommentare: I like to keep tools around that make life easier and in this case, can get responses quicker. Their support has also been helpful and responsive. That's always worthy of mentioning.

Vorteile:

Aida is easy. I have another form builder that I really like. And I *do* still keep using it too, however, Aida gave me a super fast and easy form builder. I loved how I could build a form that would be 4 pages of paper in something like 10 or 15 minutes! I just kept duplicating the question and altering the duplicate. I flew through it! I already REALLY like the design features. A lot of forms are "stuck" into looking very plain but I thought that Aida did a nice job at allowing some flexibility on how my forms look without getting in the way. And speaking of UI, wow. I love the drag and drop widgets. When I saw a demo of that, that was probably the feature that tipped me very quickly. It felt like Aida caught onto what so many web and funnel page designers have been enjoying for quite a few years now. Makes total sense that it would be included in a form. I also noticed the button on the right of the fields on the published forms that lets users "dictate" their responses into my forms! What!? It's built right into the front-end form UI! That's awesome! Last, I really appreciate the upload feature. I can now create an easy form and not worry about connecting any additional cloud services (because they are ALWAYS adding another link in the chain and therefore, that increases the likelihood for something to break).

Nachteile:

I don't believe it has conditional logic (yet). I would be surprised though, if in the future it didn't; I'm sure they'll add it. However I don't use conditional logic ALL the time so it's not a deal-breaker either. Also, not a deal-breaker, but there is not a "save and return later" feature. This isn't a huge deal since most of the forms I personally publish will be completed in one sitting or I can simply break up my inquiries when onboarding clients.
