Kommentare: Excellent! Can only recommend to support this team as they really make the effort to build a wonderful product with attention to detail.
Vorteile:
Beautiful Ui/Ux. Easy to use and integrate. Very intuitive and apparently designed with love to detail. Excellent support and communication. What really stands out is the deep understanding on how onboarding and contextual hints and tips should be delivered - little details like scroll to tooltip or easy step drag& drop are gold.
Nachteile:
Nothing so far. Maybe something is missing but there are many apps with tons of features but unpleasant to use or ugly to look.
Easy and fast product tours
Vorteile:
The product satisfied all my current needs for creating several product tours. It's going to be exciting to look into the analytics part soon and see how I can improve the tours.
Nachteile:
It would be useful to have more font style options. Heard some major updates are coming soon with those options included.

Eyelet provides a great user experience to guide new users.With flexible options, we can set up various ways of guiding our users toward our platform.We are not limited about the way of setting up onboarding tours and we can use the tool for support across our whole platform
Nachteile:
We couldn't add links inside the help hints, however, this feature has been implemented quickly and we now use it with great benefits for our users!

The fact that you can embed videos in the tours is a game changer. Great UI and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is super helpful and involved.
Nachteile:
I would love to be able to implement guided tours cross-domains.
