Great Concept!

Kommentare: We ship a lot everyday so to have a service that does the hard work for us is amazing. Dealing with shipping company’s customer service can be tiring and a waste of time. AuditShipment is a huge timesaver!

Vorteile:

I loved the ease of using the software. The dashboard was very appealing in its layout and easy to understand.

Nachteile:

Not really anything negative to say! Very happy overall.

Seems too good to be true but it's not!

Kommentare: Overall the service really does seem too good to be true. This is one of those rare times in life where You actually get what is promised. I would highly recommend giving it a try!

Vorteile:

Once the program has been set up and is integrated with your shipping partner accounts, you can just site back and watch the refunds roll in. It's a 'set it and forget it' kind of system that can save you a lot of money with no effort. Customs service is excellent, someone usually gets back to inquiries immediately or within a few hours.

Nachteile:

The trickiest part of the set up process for us was verifying that we were actually getting the money back that AuditShipment said we were. Since AuditShipment puts their email address in to receive refund confirmation emails from the courier, the only way to verify is to cross reference individual refunds on our credit card statement or Canada Post invoices. This is as much a problem with the way Canada Post does billing as it is with the AuditShipment system, however. My suggestion for AuditShipment would be to offer users the option to opt into being CC'd on refund confirmations from couriers. That being said, once we had figured the system out, we didn't see any discrepancies in what we were being charged for vs. what we were actually getting.

Vorteile:

There are no pros to using AuditShipment. It does not do anything and there is zero customer service.

Nachteile:

The system does not work and there is no customer service. Their number is disconnected and they do not respond to emails, messages, or on their social media.

Great software

Vorteile:

Automatically tracks late shipments from Canada Post so we can get shipping refunds.

Nachteile:

Commission is high, but from my understanding it is hight for all softwares doing this job.

Expensive commission on refunds.

Vorteile:

Hand free. Fully automated software. You don't have to do anything.

Nachteile:

On the website it clearly states that you save 5% on an annual contract. I had to fight tooth and nail for them to honour their own offer. In the end the said they will reimburse me the 5% after one year. One year has not past so we will see if they keep their commitment.

Not working - Support non-existant

Kommentare: So far the experience has been bad. The software seems to have issues with their integrations with shipping providers, and the business does not seem to be actively worked on.

Vorteile:

I liked the fact that the pricing shown on the site was transparent and there was an option to pay only 30% of successful refunds. After viewing the true pricing inside my user account, within the app, I quickly realized pricing for AuditShipments users does not match what is displayed on the front end of the site before signing up.

Nachteile:

Several weeks have passed and despite setting up an integration with both Stamps.com and ShipStation, no data has been synced at all about my shipments. No one is monitoring their live chat, and no follow-up is made via email from live chat requests that were made and went unanswered. After sending a support request via email I did receive a response but it was not helpful. Additional support was still needed and there has not been any response via email now for several weeks.

Save time and money

Kommentare: we are receiving credit back on missed/late/undelivered express shipments. express shipments are sent express because they need to be delivered asap and that cost a lot of money. we have been able to save on shipments that weren't delivered on time. due to the volume of shipping we do everyday, it will take us a long time to go through all the express shipments and make sure they were delivered on time. audit-shipment made our work so easy and recovered us a decent amount of money that we weren't able to recover ourselves..

Vorteile:

Very easy, simple and convenient. the software is easy to navigate through, includes only information that is beneficial to us to see.

Nachteile:

i would like to see individual credit copies available online when i need them. i have to ask for them to email them separately so i can file for my records.

Great Start, Needs a few improvements

Kommentare: AuditShipment turned late/problematic shipments to bringing back revenue that we as a company would have simply lost.

Vorteile:

Loved how easy it was to navigate each feature they offer. What they provide is simple and effective. The software follows up on every shipment and make sure it was delivered on time. Indicates what shipments are in review and which ones have been completed with a detailed overview on totals. Customer Service was friendly and tried to help.

Nachteile:

They are still a few upgrades away from being one of the best. Customer Service was unable to help at the time however forwarded any improvements to be implemented quickly.

AuditShipment Review

Vorteile:

Very handy, automates the process when shipments are not delivered on time.

Nachteile:

The website can be confusing with trying to update a CC or view reports.

Easiest found money ever!

Vorteile:

Soo easy to use. It’s completely automated so no work after initial setup...

Nachteile:

Nothing. There is not downside on this as they don’t get paid til you do...

Nothing, haven't used it at all. Thought it was a free trial but have been charged monthly since day 1.

Nachteile:

I have tried canceling and can't find a way on their website. I have emailed multiple times with no response. Brutal service!

Great and Easy

super simple navigation, very easy to follow.

I don't have a complaint. everything is super easy to use and understand and navigate.
