Easy to use and powerful
Kommentare: I am using Continually on my site and it is amazing. I am getting 4x more subscribers and returning visitors since with the bots, the users can interact with me and find the information they need. Also, I can know how better help the visitors.
Vorteile:
What I love in continually is how easy is to use it and how easy is to create and modify robots. In 20 minutes I can create a lead capture robot that is both interesting and useful.
Nachteile:
I would like to have a full landing page with a custom robot but o believe this is in the roadmap

This is a great chatbot builder that will help capture leads easily. Continually can be used to set up appointments, capture visitor details and assist site visitors.
Nachteile:
One issue that I found a bit unpleasant about continually is that it tends to slow my site down a little (not talking about a major slow-down here, but it is something worth mentioning)

The product itself wasn’t bad although they stopped introducing new features and I believe they will be left behind the competitors in terms functionality and channel integration (facebook, whatsapp etc)
BUT there is a more serious issue with the platform, their business ethics or better lack of it.
They launched their product on a platform where buyers pay a sum of money upfront in exchange of lifetime usage. Anyone forced them to do this, and it was their second time using the same platform to get more customers and cash injection.
They named the packaged they offered Business Plan which was a better option compared to today’s Professional plan.
4-5 months after they launched their product on the platform. They changed their package names and told their customers that the package they bought doesn’t exist any more, so it is up to them whether a new feature offered to those people who trusted them.
For instance, file upload which is also available in trial, starter options hasn’t been offered to these people.
When I tried talk to the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] he was arrogant and dismissive.
I sincerely believe that whole package name was planned before they launched their product on the deal platfrom.
Vorteile:
Easy chat builder UI Easy deployment They USED to launch new features on a regular basis and improve constantly
Nachteile:
- NO AI for the bot builder so you need to predict everything and bot does not learn. - Their last update was on the 10th of January and today is 23 of May. - No social media chat integration , no whatsapp integration - Bad business ethics. (enough reason to skip and look somewhere else in my opinion)

I love the fact that setting up a chatbot in Continually is actually FUN and uncomplicated! Really! It is so easy with powerful features in-built, I knew this was a keeper from the moment I started using it! Add to that, the growing templates library make it super easy to set up a chatbot and tweak it to fit your specific situation relatively quickly.
Nachteile:
I truly wish they add Facebook Messenger support to their service! This would be killer! Then I could use Continually for ALL my chatbot needs! To be fair, it has been suggested as a feature request so fingers crossed!

Really solid live chat and bot platform. Great support. Order of magnitude cheaper than Drift.
Kommentare: As above - we're using both live chat and bots and have essentially replaced Drift with it at a fraction of the price.
Vorteile:
I replaced Drift with Continually a year or so ago and it's done a perfect job. features are equivalent in terms of what I need. Website integration is better - they showed me how to auto-prefill the name and email of visitors from email visits or logged in users - Drift couldn't do that. Live chat and bot just work. Support is very responsive and have added many updates to the product since I bought.
Nachteile:
Would really benefit from fuller integration with helpdesk software to allow automatic ticket creation when needed so we don't have to manage complex support queries inside a live chat tool. Would also be better to have a combined view of chats started by a bot automation along with normal live chat. Right now people interacting with the bot appear in a different section even if you're using the bot to prompt live chat with a few questions.
