Kommentare: Support has been very knowledgeable and helpful, the bots that have been created have been amazing at helping to take over very complex conversations that humans were only able to do before.

Vorteile:

Odus is an amazing platform for creating complex AI chatbot assistants for websites and lead generation campaigns for Facebook, WhatsApp and others. The NLU the Odus team has built within their AI core is amazing and expect to see big things from the company. You can build stand alone landing page bots, website bots for web visitors, lead generation funnels by connecting chatbots to platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp and others, with more being added all the time. Being able to send message blasts to leads is a massive time saver. This team is releasing new features and updates every week, they are truly taking their users feedback and helping to scale businesses! Anybody looking for an AI chatbot assistant needs to try Odus out.

The smarter chatbot

Kommentare: It has been mostly positive, though there have been frustrating moments where the bot just transitioned from intelligent to dumb and back to intelligent again.

Vorteile:

Odus to me is the smarter chatbot, with it's contextual AI it is able to learn from conversations and become more intelligent over time. You will need to spend time setting it up and 'training' your bot to make sure it recognizes the widest possible range of contextual inputs from users. If you're looking for a more human-like chatbot that doesn't just give 'robotic' responses then Odus is for you.

Nachteile:

It can be a bit hit and miss sometimes as the bot tries it's best to understand the contextual input by users. However it is still in it's infancy and I'm confident that the system and AI will only get stronger over time.

Bad Customer Support

Kommentare: I've seen some errors being made by startups but Odus wronged their early adopters, in my opinion. They stand by the fact that it was the user's problem to not be able to use their software (when so many people were asking for help daily on their Facebook group), sure they had videos, but when I tried following them I only got a very basic bot working and never what the platform promised. They recently dropped support for their early adopters and if you look at the platform (as I did today) some of the stuff is in Russian now, it seem to be some sort of tests of plugins, so we're stuck with a testing instance as it seems. They changed directions, and they should be able to decide that way, but clearly all early adopters funded something that in it's infancy was nearly unusable to see it grow to become a product they are not considered for... My ROI was zero, as it was to a lot of early backers.
Should Odus had gone bankrupt it could be understandable, but this way it seems we were investors without return, without say, and without consequence, and the founders still argue that it's the backers that are providing false reviews like the answers above.
I believe this is a case of customer support at it's worst and the fact that I took the time to write this review is just because I can't stand to see answers like the above, as it was when the Facebook support group was still active. P.S.: Understand that anonymity is my own choice.

Vorteile:

Promised a lot initially, I saw it as a landbot alternative because of the full page capability.

Nachteile:

It's very complicated, there were a lot of users that did not understand how to use it, me included.

this can replace 80% of your manual support desk work

Vorteile:

Odus is quite intuitive to use once you have understood the logic behind it. The key factor is that you need to completely switch your thought process from pure linear to intent based logic. But then it becomes a powerful tool - just feed it with the questions of your support desk (plus answers) and train the bot. It gets better and better everyday and you get more and more the feeling to talk to a real human. The team behind ODUS is constantly improving the systems and developing based on user feedback.

Nachteile:

It is not intuitive if you are used to manychat or other linear systems with flowbuilders. So calculate a bit of a learning curve.

Odus equals wasting time and money

Kommentare: [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] of Odus decided to close the Facebook group for support to avoid responding to complaints of incomplete functionality and broken promises. I bought it because I was called by the option they had to create bots for WhatsApp from their platform, now they disabled it without notice and put Twilio in place. If you're looking for a marketing tool or support, Odus won't do you any good, or rather Odus won't do you any good, don't waste your time and money like I did.

Vorteile:

The only good thing is that at the beginning they offer you everything, however everything is a lie

Nachteile:

The system sucks, it never worked as promised, they always claimed that Odus had better AI than Google and Microsoft, however that doesn't work when the rest of the software doesn't.
