If you're using Trello, it has most features that trello has and a whole lot more. the cost is a fraction of trello's and you can add so many team members with specific permission settings. What i thought would need multiple boards could easily and effectively be done with one board. we manage dozens of projects at a time with multiple clients and in one board we can manage our projects, clients' needs, sales pipeline, and resource files. This is a magic software and has easily replaced trello for my team. When compared to asana, asana got too granular with some of the tasks and once we had to add a client pipeline, we quickly got overwhelmed with how asana housed everything. > > **Nachteile**: because it's so new and they're still adopting users, there are some things that need to be learned since it's not 100% intuitive. however, support was able to quickly address our concerns and i have been super impressed by their response rate.
