Fast, east to use and reliable
Kommentare: Overall I am relatively happy with the software and its functionality. It has, and continues to, enable us as a finance function to accurately record data whilst simultaneously allowing us to extract financial information seamlessly, which has enhanced our ability to support operational decision making.
Vorteile:
I think the ease of access to all the different nominal codes of the general ledger is important, particularly when investigating variances in performance in order to understand exactly what transactions make up costs or revenue. I also like the paperclip feature, where invoices are digitally "paper clipped" to purchase orders when invoices are entered onto the system by accounts payable. This makes it very easy to view relevant invoices when trying to understand costs incurred in a given period.
Nachteile:
Given the cloud based nature of the product, it tends to time out after 3-5 minutes of inactivity for security reasons, which is incredibly annoying when there is a requirement to re-login. However it does resume your session where it was left of.As frustrating as it is, its also understandable why it is in place.

Vorteile:
Inputting a General Ledger system was key for us. We were running our accounts within excel which was becoming more challenging as the company grew and began transacting. We were impressed by the reporting capabilities which we are looking forward to developing. Integration was straightforward thanks to the project teams friendliness and availability at all time.
Nachteile:
Personally I find the excel journal upload function restrained. There are improvements that could be made to make it easier to use. Having said that, once you are aware of the restraints, workarounds make it work for us.
Complex but flexible financial software
Kommentare: The Advanced team have been very supportive of our implementation and held hands with the team throughout the journey
Vorteile:
The ability for personalised dashboard for all staff members so that they can see the relevant financial information for their department or team whenever they - helps to improve financial understanding and free up time for the finance team
Nachteile:
Reporting is still not great and even though Jasper is used to report the formatting of reports is still limited
