Cubigo

We love Cubigo!

Kommentare: We have had a great experience with Cubigo. The residents and team all love it. It has increased our efficiency and communication. I would highly recommend this product.

Vorteile:

-We were drawn to Cubigo initially because of the integrations. It integrates with several of the other platforms that we already use- FullCount, Point Click Care, and Worxhub. -It is so easy to use and some residents picked it up without any training. -The data analytics are fantastic. This helps us track cubigo usage, group attendance and overall program success. -The residents love that they only need one password now and that all communication is in one easy place. -The team at Cubigo is great and always available to help when we need it. They are quick to respond and even tailor the platform specifically to our community.

Nachteile:

I can't think of anything I don't like about Cubigo. Anything we mention that might be an improvement, they immediately consider and even implement for us.

Senior Living Resident Engagement, "It works! I'm a Fan..."

Kommentare: Our community has many digital signs and a resident in-house TV channel that Cubigo is broadcast on. We publicize activities, dining health care and much more. Our residents engage daily on the platform and are quick to advise if they don't like a feature or want more information. Consistency is the key performer for receiving the most from this software platform. The more cubes utilized promises more engagement by residents and staff.

Vorteile:

Cubigo software platform is fully customizable. Our community has been a beta tester for many new features and assisted with the development of many of the cube features. The business partnership is designed for longevity and provides opportunites for other B2B partnerships.

Nachteile:

We have so many ideas on how to build out the platform and use the plaftorm that we want to implement yesterday but obviously we need time to effectively deliver the product to staff and residents.

So far so good with Cubigo!

Vorteile:

This software offers a lot of integrations to our system that were not available before. Using Cubigo has streamlined a lot of our processes for us which is great!

Nachteile:

The ease of our last product specifically related to activities was much easier to use.

Cubigo Does it All

Kommentare: Working with Cubigo & their team has been really amazing. Their customer support and response is amazing. They are there to answer any question or concern.

Vorteile:

Cubigo has been really helpful in pulling all areas of our organization together. Now residents can go to one place for activities, dining, maintenance, & housekeeping.

Nachteile:

Calendar function wasn't as easy to use.
