As a small business, this takes a lot off my plate. I don't have to set reminders for enrollments since they reach out to the employee(s) directly. The same goes for our 401K program. > > **Nachteile**: Our main gripe is the health insurance options. There are limited carriers and plans to choose from and, unfortunately, healthcare rates continue to soar. We're a 12 person company who pays 100% for our staff premiums. That comes out to roughly $9,500 per month for health insurance - and that doesn't include the GAP insurance we pay separately for our employees since the deductible is $5K per person\! We originally joined the PEO hoping that being lumped into a larger pool of workers, we'd receive better health insurance and better rates\! That is not the case.
