A Decent Employee Portal With Room To Grow
Vorteile:
ADP is a giant hub of employee information—tailored to your individual business. I like pulling up my employee records, checking pay stubs, or changing tax information either on my work browser or my cellphone. ADP offers some pretty neat benefits and discounts to ticketed services or entertainment including Disney, Universal, cell phone providers, tax programs, etc. Signing up for benefits one year makes it easier for following years as your elections remain saved for easy review.
Nachteile:
The portal is rather bland and it can take a while to peruse the menus and find what you're looking for. It also can feel weird to use an online HR option versus having internal HR employees.

Kommentare: Overall it has been very good experience.
Vorteile:
It is easy for employees to access all their information and be able to change their benefits and items without having to involve someone in our office directly.
Nachteile:
Sometimes if we have issues, it takes time to get support or someone to respond to tickets created.
Long Time Customer
Kommentare: My overall experience has been rather well, which is why we have been a customer for so long. Our Account Executive is great to work with! Certain departments, like the tax department, need some work.
Vorteile:
All in one platform for payroll, HR and benefits. You can onboard anyone anywhere in the U.S. at any time. Also, there is a wealth of resources and expertise. The technology is very good and easy to use.
Nachteile:
There are so many departments and contacts to reach out to for each specific subject that I think this leads to a lack of accountability. Accountability as in certain departments, like tax, not responding to emails and not resolving issues timely. Also, I the admin fees are hidden in the workers comp rates so you never really know what your paying in admin fees.

Kommentare: We've been with ADP for over 5 years. I think the experience has been enhanced by our account manager [sensitive content hidden]. She has always been very responsive and helpful. ADP has ensured we always stay compliant with all labor regulations so overall I've had a very positive experience.
Vorteile:
ADP TotalSource is an extension of the Biorep Team. Being a small company, ADP TotalSource provides a professional HR platform that we can trust and rely on.
Nachteile:
I feel the billing is not transparent and easy to follow. If I want to see how much an employee is costing the company, I have to have my ADP account manager do custom reporting for me. It's not easy to gather all the information including the costs of benefits, 401k retirement company contributions, wages, etc.

Kommentare: We have been with ADP Totalsource for about 6 years and I we always had a great experience and relationship. We benefit from their expertise especially given our HR dept is quite small.
Vorteile:
The fact that we have a one-on-one contact for HR and payroll and the my life advisors who can help when our direct partners are not available.
Nachteile:
sometimes timing to get responses is too long
